Our meal was very nice, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Alas, unisex restroom, but very clean.
We went back about 2 months later and our experience was just as fine as before. In addition, we were told about their soda fountain that is located across the street. We will try that the next time we are back up in East Texas. My son is getting home from his hitch on the Mississippi River and I will let him know.

My son doesn’t like a lot of ice cream flavors, but loved their Pomegranate flavor and then they make their own drinks and made him a drink similar to a Shirley Temple. We both loved the ice cream and the atmosphere. This is a great father son hangout when your wife is across the street shopping at The Vine on Main.

The restaurant looks great, and the waitress was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the service timing completely ruined our lunch. My friend and I arrived around 11a, but we didn’t receive our food until about 11pm. The drinks took forever but we had that first with dessert. We had to leave just as the food was being brought out, so we never got to eat lunch at all. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but a two hour wait without clear communication isn’t acceptable, especially during lunchtime. Disappointing experience overall.

Found this hidden gem on a Google review. Ritual did not disappoint! The ambiance and vibes are welcoming & inviting. The food was out of this world. And the owner, Whitney took the time to visit with me and made me feel like a rockstar. Cannot rave enough about Ritual. I will be driving back from Dallas with the family next time to come visit this place again. Bravo!

Small well hidden gem in Jacksonville, TX. Quite calm environment. At first I thought the wait for food was long but once it arrived my mind changed. The quality was exceptional and we will definitely return. Recommend the grilled cheese on croissant with everything.
