Such a great atmosphere! The place was clean and quaint. Food options are varied. There is a country cooking option for a meat and a selected # of vegetables or you can choose the all you can eat buffet. They also have sandwiches and burgers and “small plate” options such as fish and chips and chicken Alfredo. The fish and chips were great. The piece of fish was huge. I got the chicken Alfredo and it was yummy. It needed a piece of French bread with it, but that was my only complaint. They also had a dessert case with great looking dessert options. For first timers, it’s a little confusing. When you walk inside, you order at the counter or walk through the buffet line and tell them what you want. Then you go sit down in the dining room area. Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back.

Just had a quick visit in Lori’s today and found the best country cooking! I had a Boston butt pork chop, loaded baked beans & baked Mac & cheese. Absolutely delicious! They have menu food or country buffet. Meat & 2 for $14 can’t beat it! Generous portions too!

We came here for breakfast. We ordered, and didn’t have to wait hardly at all. The self-serve coffee was hot and tasted great. My western omelet was hot, delicious, and stuffed! My daughter’s shrimp and grits looked devine, and she said it was delicious. She loved the butter and herbs on it. The blueberry pancakes were great, as well. Overall, a great little place to eat!

Purchased a white pizza ( first one since they moved locations) My wife and I used to go to the old spot all the time and get it and it was great. Not so much this time. The white pizza we ordered basically was just bread and shredded cheese no ricotta on the pizza at all. Nothing like what it was all the other times we had it. It was so thin we could see light through the bread. I have photos for proof but it wont let me post any. I really hope this isn’t the new norm for them.

Ordered online. Food was ready at the time it stated. Good portion size, but not hot. The mac and cheese was fresh and cold. The beef stew was delicious. But those mash potatoes and gravy was On Point!

OK, they have the best pizza in town. Let me start off with saying that the reason why I gave them three stars is because the service is laid-back country service instead of let me be here to serve my customers because they’re important to me and that’s a difference. The atmosphere is very clean as it’s decorated very country. The two times I’ve been in there. There has been absolutely no one in there eating and in the middle of the day, another thing I don’t like is that I usually wake up on Saturday morning and wanna order a pizza around 10 or 11 and they don’t even open till 2 o’clock. I think that’s a very odd hour for a restaurant downtown to open or a pizza place for that matter. But their answering machine says they’re only open during the week so that’s very confusing. I feel like this is a hobby for the owner instead of an actual business that will serve the community of Laura and even though they have the best pizza I’m tired of trying to order pizza on Saturday at 10 or 11 AM When I could just go down to Santino’s so until they can actually act like a business and serve their customers of their community. I probably won’t be coming back.

This is an out-of-the-ordinary restaurant with great food and a super staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We both very much enjoyed our food. My favorites are the macaroni & cheese and the collard greens.

We made a stop on our way home from Myrtle Beach for lunch and so glad we did! Everyone was so kind and food was great! We even got a milkshake for the road Do yourself a favor and stop by! We will be back for sure!

Nice spot for this area. Inside is beautiful and very reminiscent of an old general store. Food was okay. We went for lunch. Hubby had fish/chips (homemade potato chips) and I had cheeseburger. We’ll return to try other dishes.

First time there and came for the chicken bog. Was definitely not disappointed. Try the baked beans and Mac n cheese, soooooooo good! Just moved to loris and found our new go to restaurant. Friendly people and great food!
