Good flavors and a great takes on Italian ice + custard. The service was good but the two teenagers were obviously overwhelmed. This also lead to the tables being pretty gnarly – didn’t look like they had been wiped down in a while. But with a huge line of customers I can’t imagine they had a single moment to attend to it.

Staff here is severely lacking. Not sure if it’s a management problem but the staff was unable to greet any customers and had zero hospitality. Rita’s was a very disappointing experience and the whole place can use some major improvements.

Rita’s is an American staple!! Lol but for reals it’s such an incredible unique dessert. My only beef is they change their flavors everyday so I typically show up when they don’t have my favorites. Still a great place!

It was a hot day in July, and I needed to cool down. So I stopped in for a cool treat. You don’t see Italian ice often in Utah, so it sounded delicious. And it was! I ordered a Gelati, which is custard on the bottom of the cup, italian ice on top of that, and topped with more custard. It’s exactly what I needed. I was told they rotate flavors almost daily.
