good, satisfies my rita’s craving but often closed with no update of hours on Google or Maps, have checked the hours and drove 20 mins to see all the lights off multiple times. would rather drive the 40 minutes to the rocky river location instead of taking the chance coming here just for it to be closed

Just got back from our first visit and it was great! Super affordable and great tasting! I forgot to get “unicorn sprinkles” on my daughter’s Italian ice (could have been catastrophic), and a manager/owner was right outside and heard me break the news to my daughter… She quickly intervened and got the necessary sprinkles, much to my daughter’s delight, so the customer service was A++ from us. Will be back again (many times!)

We LOVE Rita’s!!! Always great service and super yummy custard and ice!! Jessica and Rick always have a smile on their face and are super friendly! Riley and Zarreyah helped us tonight and were so sweet as well. This place is our favorite!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! We stopped by for a treat while visiting the area, and the employee, Jessica, who helped us went above and beyond. She was so sweet and patient with my kids, offering great recommendations for custard and icee flavors that we all ended up loving. They’ve got a new custard flavor, strawberry and cheesecake swirled together which is amazing, and only there until June, so go try it out as soon as you can. Not only that, but she even took the time to suggest some local attractions for our family to check out. Her kindness and knowledge made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place – both the treats and the service are top-notch!

I am literally addicted to Rita’s Italian ice since they opened this location! Everytime I go it’s busy but the staff gets the line moving. They are always pleasant and don’t mind giving me samples to help me narrow done which flavor I want that day.

They delivered to our house with door dash on a 96 degree day. My wife noticed it when she pulled in the driveway. They didn’t ring or knock and we didn’t order it. We checked with neighbors and they hadn’t either. We called them and told them what happened (there was no name or address on the bag). I asked do you want me to drop it off and they said they had already fixed it. I said you might want to report this to DoorDash and they said why? Meanwhile I have ice cream goop on my doorstep. I was just trying to help.

So happy that Rita’s is now also in Cleveland and open all year long! Kosher and chalav Yisroel. There is a list of select products that are not chalav Yisroel. Located centrally in the frum areas of Cleveland and right next door to Milky Way of Cleveland this is a great spot to get some treats whether for yourself, your children, Shabbos a simcha etc.

Honestly this didn’t taste nearly as good as other locations I’ve been too both in and out of state. The vanilla custard had a totally different taste and the mango Italian ice was not the same either. I was excited to go seeing they stayed open late on a Saturday night but I probably won’t be back to this location.

Not ever going here again, $5 and change for the wrong thing, told them and their response “we don’t have what you ordered” and when I asked why they gave me something different without asking me, they said “we didn’t have that” then asked for my money back and they said you couldn’t have ordered what you did because we don’t have it. My wife wife was with me and said, I heard what he ordered too, you said OK and took our money for what you didn’t have? They looked at us like we were crazy or stupid.
So, if you want to spend money and get some random item, please go here. But if you care at all about what you eat I would stay away from this place.
