Went here bc of the extremely high reviews, chose the Reeses Peanut Butter mudslide concrete, it was topped off with a lot of hot fudge, not mixed in. Looked nothing like the picture and was a rush to get the hot fudge stirred in, to keep the ice cream from melting. So probably stick with the gelato or Italian ice.

Good option for a sweet treat but plan on taking it to go.
We came in as a party of 9 looking for something sweet. The ice was our favorite, especially the mango and lemon. Prices were good, staff was helpful and accommodating.
The only downside is the size of the lobby. It was raining so we had to eat in the car. Two small tables restrict party size.
Overall, good chain and we enjoyed the break during vacation!

We come here every trip which is several times a year! We came twice this past weekend. Madi was so nice to our daughter each time and provided great customer service. We enjoyed it so much!! Currently craving a cotton candy Gelati but it’s 3.5 hours away

The small inside dining area provides a great experience of up close service with a smile. So many options and flavors to choose from caught me off guard and it took awhile for me to select the perfect combination. I decided to go with the wild black cherry gelati. Reasonably priced with a decent portion and definitely some curb appeal. The custard was rich, creamy, and mixed well with the shaved ice. Well enjoyed!! Plan on spending $10-$15 for 2 people. Mmmmm!

Never been to a Rita’s before our trip to Tennessee. Heard about them a lot on social media so we were excited to try. Got the 5 layer gelati in a souvenir cup and it was the highlight of our trip Wish there was one in our city!! Staff were so friendly too!

My 1st visit to Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard. It was my birthday so I wanted a sweet treat. There was a long line, so I figured this place must serve good custard. I ordered a large sundae. The taste was good, but I was disappointed with the size because the sundae wasn’t large, but the cup was large. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit. Maybe I’ll order something different on my next trip.

Bad service [MADI] no personality no smile no greeting treated a if we were an inconvenience. When u work in a place that is meant to attract tourists this is not acceptable. PS My 9 year old granddaughter was with us so hence the importance of this review. Also note has time for personal cell phone. Also not a busy time of the day so no need for the lack of interest in her job.

Rita’s is amazing. I had my first Rita’s experience decades ago in Maryland. Swedish fish gelati with the swirl. Doesn’t get any better.
