This place was a pleasant surprise. I know it’s a chain but never actually been to one till today. I ordered the Coconut Italian ice and my husband had the peanut butter concrete. Both were so good and took be back to my childhood with the Italian ice carts in NY.

I’ve been to several locations in central Florida and I just enjoy this location the most. It’s always clean, staff is very informative and helpful. And the delicious varieties are always fresh and tasty each time. I mostly go for their Sundae’s so to me they have the best Sundae’s ever. If you’re looking for frozen drinks and Ice cream in Poinciana. Try them first you won’t regret it.

I’ve come here about two times already, and I’ve gotten the same thing: Reese’s peanut butter mudslide concrete. As weird as the name sounds, it is a delicious option for those that love Reese’s as much as my husband and I. It is ice cream mixed with a BUNCH of Reese’s peanut butter cups and peanut butter. You get to add hot fudge if you’d like (I truly recommend it!). Because of all the mixing, the ice cream is creamy and light and the peanut butter flavor really stands out. I also love the staff. I’ve been here quite a few times already and she short older man that works there always charges me differently. I always get the same sundae and he doesn’t know what comes with a sundae ( even though there’s a poster with the sundae name and picture) and tries to charge me extra for the toppings when it says it comes with two toppings and whipped cream with a cherry and he never gives me the whipped cream or cherry had to call
Him out today and after telling him the Sundae I wanted he charged me $10 idk how the Sundae I asked for is like $6 with change. Makes no sense. My mom has had the same experience with the same man.

Dropping the rating. 2 out last 3 visits they had run out of custard and were waiting for the machine to freeze up a new batch. Both times I left and went to Twistee Treat down the road. Management needs to train there staff to reload before it goes empty.

Pass by this spot and I must say was really impressed by the watermelon strawberry ice. Had real bits of fruit in it. Must get large for a $1 more was double the size so just made sense
