Staff was great, establishment was clean, and c’mon…you can’t go wrong with Rita’s. It was my first time entering here and I honestly didn’t know that Naples had a Rita’s, but now I’m glad I do now. Definitely my new spot for a sweet treat!

This place has great cold treats to cool you off. Regardless of the calorie count, you need to come here. Custard and the Italian ice combos are all delicious. They keep their store super clean and organized. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. What else can I say? Just come and cook off for a spell.

Disappointed! I’ve been to other Rita’s locations and they only had two custard flavors; chocolate and vanilla. This location had about 10 different hand scooped Frozen custards so I decided to try two of the flavors. I was very disappointed as I don’t think these were real custard, they were nothing but tiny ice chunks. On top of that it wasn’t your typical waffle cone either, it was a lighter brown waffle cone that didn’t taste nearly as good.

Frozen custard is good. Really nice and creamy.. The service was quite rude. It seemed like the employees were irritated by any question we asked.
Their attitude also came across as condescending. As if we were stupid and they had to educate us about their menu. How shocking! Well, yeah. We are tourists and know nothing about your business and your menu.
Please educate us in a way that we can feel proud for choosing to spend our money with you and not other businesses. We also work hard and want to have good memories in Naples and feel like it working coming to every place we decide to visit.

What a treat! I’m getting a new roof and my puppy thinks the world is coming to an end so I took her for a drive and we ended up at Rita’s Italian ice drive through. I got the little tray of 4 flavors which I think is AWESOME because I always have a hard time deciding. But just as we were pulling away, the sweet girl at the register noticed Penny in the back seat and asked if she wanted a “pup cup”? Thanks Rita’s for giving us a little getaway from the loud construction at home

Warmth and welcoming- that is what you can expect from a visit to Rita’s. I haven’t eaten at a Rita’s since my childhood and it was a joyful blast from the past. The friendly female employee offered samples and had me try several of her suggestions. It made my day to depart the restaurant in nostalgic bliss with a delicious Swedish fish flavored icey in hand.

Great experience. It’s spotless and has indoor and outdoor seating. We went in with a bunch of teenagers and people who had no idea what they wanted. The staff was super patient and helpful even at the late hour. Oh and there’s a cool old school sit down arcade game that was nostalgic!

Everyone said that Rita’s is a must-see in Naples, but I actually don’t like it. I got the special “gelato” which is shaved ice with frozen custard on top. That combo just isn’t for me! Also the frozen custard by itself I didn’t care for. It was just too thick and creamy. Some people like it that way but I don’t.
