first time visit and absolutely LOVED it. we went today oct 8th around 6pm and the person working had such an amazing attitude and was so nice, very helpful and informative about the menu. seriously they were amazing! i got the apple butter concrete and my boyfriend got the witches brew-berry gelanti, we are so impressed with how delicious both of our items are. we got burritos at the food truck next door, but as soon as we got back to the car, couldn’t stop eating our custard and italian ice. highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a sweet treat

I used to love Rita’s Italian Ice, but the service lately has been terrible. The young workers act like they don’t want to be there and treat customers especially kids like a bother. No friendliness, no patience, just attitude. The ice is still good, but the customer service really ruins the experience. Management seriously needs to step it up.

I used to always love coming here but recently these last two visits the employee has made my drink wrong each time. She messed up my Gelati blender twice and I tried correcting her and she insists on it being made differently after I read her back what it says in the menu. The drinks taste gross and watery. She had an attitude and was rude. If Rita’s could please correct her that would be lovely! I came around 8pm

Well, if you like a bunch of syrup, and super soft ice cream, have at it… Rita’s is usually quite good, but this location had really soft, almost liquid, ice cream. As much as the tried to cover it up with flavors, it made it worse. Do better!!

I love Ritas! My daughter and I stopped in on our way back to Cape Coral after visiting Englewood, and we each got a gelati blender. Morgan was a perky, helpful and delightful server who laughed with us and made us smile. She also saw a lot of people sitting at the food truck tables in the lot, and cheerfully offered them samples, which in turn generated sales! We were so pleased with our treats, that when we were finished and ready to go, we bought 2 more to bring along. I’ve always happened to visit this location when this young lady is working, this time I asked her name. If “Morgan” isn’t making top dollar, she should be! Her energy creates happiness and that makes people come back. Morgan is the best!

This establishment has never once failed me when it came to customer service and short wait times. I have never once had to wait longer than 5 minutes at this location. Obviously it is a chain so it’s going to taste the same anywhere you go, but on a customer service level is where each location will make a name for itself and this location definitely did. Please bring back the shark gelato
