Every time I walk in, I get really happy when I see it’s Malaya serving me. She always has the biggest smile and the best attitude, no matter how busy it is. Her energy really makes the whole place feel welcoming!!!She’s so friendly and always takes her time with customers, never rushing anyone and always making sure you leave with exactly what you want.
She also gives the best recommendations. She put me onto the Black Cherry Gelato drink like a month ago , and I wanted to try something new since I always get the same thing. I’m so glad I listened because this drink is honestly amazing. You can tell she knows the menu and actually cares about helping people find something they’ll enjoy.
I always leave in a better mood after talking to her. She deserves all the recognition, just wish I had more money to tip her better because she really goes above and beyond every single time. Thank you Malaya!!!!!! (sorry if I’ve spelled it incorrectly)

Rita’s is back!! We used to have it in this area many moons ago. I’m glad to see one of my favorites come back!
Service was responsive, fast, and friendly! I love that they have a diverse staff, at least when I got there I’m the afternoon. KEEP THAT UP! they had great selections of Italian ice and toppings and were generous with their portions (unlike some others where you have to ask three times to actually get a decent amount).
Everything looks very clean and new!

I’m not a huge fan of frozen desserts and the like, but I went here yesterday with one of my co-workers. She and another co-worker have been talking about this place for a while now and we just so happened to be getting some work done on one of the work vehicles. We decided to try out this location and it was a pretty good. While I’m not a huge fan of frozen treats, I enjoy Italian ice. One of the employees (Alexa) recommended a gelati with cheese cake custard and tropical paradice as the Italian ice. I think it was a pretty good pairing and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don’t think I’ve never had cheesecake flavored custard and while I’m not a huge fan of coconut flavored treats, this was a pleasant surprise. I brought in a crudely torn coupon from a receipt I got at Winn-Dixie and the staff seemed to be a bit confused by it. It worked, but I thought the presentation was a bit funny. I ended up paying since I really needed to break a bill, but it was not at all expensive for what my co-worker and I ordered. Next time I go back, I’ll have to try the frozen drink, the blendini, and a misto shake. In that order. I’d also like to try another gelati. I was looking at the website and they apparently have cream ices, and I’ve never heard of these. I’ll have to give this one a go as well. The dragon fruit Italian ice seems like it’ll be worth a shot as well. So many flavors, so little money. Also, time. I look forward to visiting in the future.

Sadly, this location isn’t measuring up to the local competition in flavor, selection, quality, and service level.
