Rita’s in Locust Grove is always a hit for me and my family. The staff is super friendly, the service is fast, and the place just has a good vibe with our local teens and familiar faces. The Italian ice is always yummy and full of flavor, and the Gelatis are soooooooo good.
I’ve tried a bunch of flavors and I get something new each time. Definitely one of my favorite stops on my way home and a great spot to take the kids for a sweet treat reward!

I’ve gone here several times, and it’s been a great experience each and every time. I usually get the chili dogs and Italian ices (both delicious), and my mother loves their custard. The people working there have always been very friendly, kind, and considerate. Excellent spot for a snack.

Great location for locals and those passing thru don’t forget to stop by, you can’t find a Rita’s everywhere!. Outside seating. Drive thru! Staff super friendly and quick. Not a ton of seating inside but a small amount. Flavor of the day, frozen coffees, custard. Great treat.

My experience at Rita’s was amazing 10/10 The girls there were wonderful, and I caught a glimpse of one of their names Taylor she was amazing and so thoughtful. The past 3 times I have come here they have closed early.. their hours say they close at 8 and I’ve gotten there 6:30-7. Tonight I went and they were closed earlier again I asked the girl inside and she said “they were super slow today so they decided to close early” but all the lights were on! And multiple cars in drive thru too! At least put a sign out front that you’ve closed early or something. You’ll make no business this way!! Gonna stop going to this location it’s such a waste of a drive to come out and have them closed for no reason.

A clean, professionally staffed, and hidden gem of the community. Get your ice cream cravings, gelati desires, and hot dog/hot pretzels hankering done right, and for a reasonable price. Will be back with my family time and time again.

Terrible experience. We spent $47.00 and the lady told me I couldn’t use the bathroom because they had it closed for the night. We came there on Saturday, May 31st at 7:30pm (they close at 9pm). We spent close to 50 dollars and I’m not allowed to use the bathroom because you shut it down for the night? Sounds like you don’t feel like cleaning it again so your customers have to pay for your laziness. Also, three people in our group had to change their order because they weee out of most of their signature ingredients. I will never go here again. The staff is clueless. I will look up another ice cream shop to go to when ever I am in town. NEVER AGAIN…p.s. I came here one year ago and same experience…

Seriously, I don’t know how anyone could rate this place below a 10!!! I have been to all the other ice cream joints around this area and this one is hands down the best! Best price for what you get. Best staff that are helpful and excited when you walk in. It was packed when I went last night, they got me in and out quickly and accurately with my large order. The food was fresh and the custard was the best I had. This is my spot from now on! Please is clean and welcoming great for families and my kids loved it and want to go back today. Best around!!!
