I dont really like Rita’s that much to begin with. But I was in the parking lot and decided to go.
My cup was slightly over half filled. Idk why I didnt get a full ice cream (custard, whatever it is,). It was also already pretty melted before I even got to start eating it.

I seriously can not give them enough stars. Kudos to this owner and their employees. I called multiple different Rita’s around Maryland trying to find a flavor I stumbled upon and fell in love with( peanut butter marshmallow) I called this Rita’s and they said I could leave a request for it to be made. I gave them my name and number and a little over a week went by I figured they just couldn’t make it- it’s not a popular flavor. I get a call today saying they made it for me today! No other Rita’s was willing to take a request. My family and I get Rita’s a lot during the summer- and I will definitely be driving the extra 15 minutes from my house from now on to support this Rita’s they went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough.
A very satisfied Rita’s customer over here.

Now I have come within 10 minutes of closing and they’ve been totally closed and the ice cream machine has been off both times. They are skipping out on sales and skimping payroll work and closing early. Got a “concrete” custard mixed with Oreos and Reeses. If I had it to do over, I’d just get the oreos. It was delicious! The teenagers that worked there were polite and quick. Also very helpful.

We go for the custard. Very creamy. My wife likes the cookie dough topping. Just tried a concrete with Oreo. Good if you like a more sweet dessert.

Great place in cape St. Claire to cool down in the summer. Great workers. Only issue is when they are busy they don’t have much seating. Can walk across the street to the park but by then the ice or custard is usually half gone.

Who doesn’t love Italian ice and Frozen Custard? The place is constantly busy, but the staff is friendly and they keep the lines small. The Cape Shopping Center is a gem that is off the beaten path so this place is supported mostly by locals and families with children playing games on the community fields across the street. Thus, you get great service and little or no wait to get your tasty treats.
