Rita’s is my favorite ice cream parlor simply because of their soft serve options! I’m not a big fan of the regular scooped ice cream and much more prefer softer ice cream and foods in general.
My favorite thing there by far is the cookies and cream Gelati! I also love the Choclate – Vanilla – Twist cone (on a cake cone) with rainbow sprinkles! If I’m down for it, every once in a while, I will get the Swedish fish Gelati that has a nice sweet tang to it, and mixed with the frozen creamy custard , it’s so perfect!
Now, so far with staff I hadn’t had any issues with. According to a lot of other reviews on here, people are saying the staff and customer service are terrible. Most of the time, especially during summer seasons, it’s just high schoolers finding a summer job there, and they’re pretty friendly to me!
That’s all for now, though. I would highly recommend this place, definitely a 10/10!!!!

I went here right before closing and the staff was soooo friendly and sweet! Super bubbly I don’t remember their names but whoever worked the closing shift on 8/2/22 left a great impression!

We waited outside here for 30 minutes after they opened and they didn’t serve us. They turned on the open sign while we were here and they still didn’t open or even tell us that they would serve us or anything. Five different people came and went after they opened and nobody was helped even though the open sign was turned on at 1.

Worst Rita’s experience. Got my order, my daughter’s, and my husband’s all wrong after asking us multiple times what we wanted. They weren’t even complicated orders. Vanilla milkshake and chocolate ice cream with Oreos and whip cream. It also took them about 20 minutes to get our order ready. Multiple people that came after us were able to get their order before ours. Really disappointing. I ended up just throwing mine out because it was completely wrong.

As always Rita’s never disappoints. Only thing I wish was that they had some tables outside to enjoy your custard without getting in your car. There is a small bench outside, but it seems like it is mainly for the people waiting in line.

I love this Rita’s! Everyone who serves us is so happy. One of the young ladies who works there always remembers that we have a kitten and gives us a little sample cup with vanilla ice cream for our kitten.

I want to start by saying I love Rita’s just not this one. The horrible person Nicholas aweful customer service the sun is blinding and hot..and when I asked for an item and the girl said we don’t offer that in a large..he left j is customer to chime in and telling me if I read the menu I would know…everyone knows its a fast pace place…I know what I usually get so why read the menu…never will go there again..

$14 for two “medium” ice cream feels like a rip off. Although I may just be snobby but honestly the ice cream at Costcos is better. At least it’s still frozen when given to you and not melting already.
