Super friendly workers! My husband dropped his cherry and the cashier was nice enough to give him another one. Very fast service and we enjoyed our treats! There’s enough parking and a bench to sit on. Will visit again!

I came here today. Driven past multiple locations before stopping here today. My husband got a plain vanilla custard which looked like any old quick pull of vanilla soft serve but wow it was delicious. So much creamier than expected and I was reluctant to share as much as got twisted chocolate and vanilla. I did share mine. I have already said that if I have a meeting close to here I will have to come and get more.
The lines are there because it is delicious! I would recommend this place.

Amazing Italian ice I’ve been here twice now, and both times, I got the Oreo cookies & creme ice. And both times, it was so delicious! If you’re ever in the area, I recommend here 100% of the time!

Great custard and ice! The custard is perfectly creamy and the flavor of the ice is excellent. The mango ice flavor is my favorite, especially with the vanilla custard. The only downside is the lack of searing. There’s no nice place to sit so you pretty much have to eat in your car. If they were able to put in a table or two, that would make this spot so much better

Beginning of the summer season and this Ritas seems to be struggling with supplies.
Ritas corporate advertising is promoting the Alex’s LemonadeStand ice, one of my favorites. They don’t have that in stock here. The reality was they hade very few flavors. 1 board was full of flavor listings BUT the one that was accurate had about 8 flavors: cherry, black cherry, some berry flavor, green apple, peach & 2 others.
This was a bit disappointing
OTOH the servers were polite and quick.

Came here for a little after work treat after hearing my coworkers talk wonders about this place. I was a little surprised by the taste of their custard ice cream. I was expecting for a soft serve kind of thing, but it’s way ticker than that. Maybe because I’m not used to the texture, but it was a bit heavy for me. I ordered a plain vanilla custard sugar cone with sprinkles, it was good overall but wouldn’t eat it all in one sitting. This location wouldn’t be one I would sit and enjoy my food in since it looks a little sketchy. Service was good.

Had a very poor experience as there were about 15 people in line with only one employee servicing customers. We are currently in line and have waited for 40mins and still have not been served. Management needs to review staffing model to help facilitate better service. So many littles were disappointed as parents started to leave after 20 mins of waiting. No apologies or discounts were even offered.

I just left this location and will never return. I was in the area and my niece wanted some Rita’s so I found the nearest location. When i got to the counter I greeted the employee who said nothing in return. My niece then placed her order and o did as well. She was extremely rude. I though to myself let me wait for the next customer to approach the counter to see if she does the same. She did not. The only difference between me and the other customer was race. The employee then proceeded to roll her eyes when I turned my back and my niece didn’t not understand why, she was nice to the other customer and not to us. I normally don’t write reviews but had no choice but to as this is completely unacceptable. I will make it my business to also reach out the owner.

We had already been to Rita’s once this season. But had to go for first day of spring. Both people who are working were swamped but they still were being very kind and patient working with all of those that were in line. Some of the new flavors this year are delicious including the sour watermelon patch kid thing

Our favorite Rita’s. The one in Bowie is closer, but we have had a couple issues there. The location isn’t great for kids, because of the driveway that passes next to it. The driveway should be closed as the other two entrances are sufficient for such a small shopping center. This could be table space instead.
