Can be a little slow and it’s really hot waiting on the side of the building, but their custard is so good and the texture is perfect. Love when they have the strawberry and banana flavors – they swirl so well! (Forgot to take the picture before I started eating it lol)

I went to store #293 today and noticed they had my two favorite flavors that I like to get together. I ordered a large 1/2 lemon and 1/2 sour patch kids (red), just to realize as I continue to dig and dig to the bottom of the cup that there was no lemon in the cup. I can’t eat just the sour patch by itself. I have to have the lemon with it. I take a different route to get home just to see if they have those two flavors that I can enjoy together. They rarely have the sour patch kids. I was very excited to see they had both today just to be disappointed all over again as I didn’t get what I asked or paid for.

Mom’s favorite ice cream place in America. Young ladies are sweet and hard working there. We specifically love one of them she is always greets up with beautiful wide smiles and adds slightly more than the other when I take it to go for Mom, when she isn’t with me. I visited Rita’s this past Monday and was very pleased with my service. This young lady, I forget her name, but it may have been Tegan served me. I got a small mango ice and it was very refreshing! The service was amazing and it is nice to know there are still good people in the world that care about the customer. 5 stars!

Super nice staff that works ultra fast to get your order so you can escape from the heat. Got a yummy Unicorn Gelati today! It was like a cotton candy grape lavender sugary and sparkly trear. Rita’s has the best custard in Odenton. It’s creamy and smooth and refreshing. Love it!

The staff is always nice at this location they just need more people came on a Saturday they only had one guy working the line was long but he did a good job. I forgot to get his name he had a great attitude and took the order and made ice cream had the line moving quickly. I had the best Mango Gelati it was so good I will be returning soon!!!

There’s nothing super fancy about it. Just Italian ice and frozen custard from a window at the front of the building. It’s good, though. The ice is the perfect consistency where it holds its form in the cup, yet scoops effortlessly into the spoon. The custard has a great consistency too: smooth as butter, with a little spring to it as the spoon lets go. They have a wide selection of ice flavors, some fruity and some creamy (by creamy, I mean flavors you’d expect for ice cream, I think they even use some cream in the recipe for those flavors, but it’s still very much Italian ice) and a few custard flavors too. It really hits the spot on a hot summer day.
The place does draw quite a crowd when it’s nice out. You might be waiting 15 minutes on a hot weekend. But maybe that says something about it. After all, I’ve made the wait several times now.

Delicious dessert options, low wait times, and late hours for the nighttime snacker; what’s not to love? Flavors vary by the day, so there’s always something new to try. Place is very clean, and the staff are courteous and always smiling. Overall a great place to grab a treat.
