Great place to stop in for a cold treat on a hot day. The Italian ices are delicious and loaded with fruit, and the custard is always creamy and sweet. There is no inside dining area, and not too many benches to sit on, so be prepared to take your cold treat back to your car. Service was quick, though, and free parking is readily available.

So delicious, Rita’s is a warm-weather staple! Their ices and custards are heavenly- I love every single item and flavor that I’ve tried. Their line always moves quickly and the staff is super friendly and efficient. I’m a huge Rita’s fan!

Rita’s offers Italian ice, a few flavors of custard, milkshakes and toppings from which to choose. They also offer “gelati” (ice and custard combo). It’s a local favorite in summer. The Italian ice and custard are both quite sweet, but that’s typically what everyone comes for!
It’s in a parking lot so lots of room for cars. However, there are only 2 benches worth of outdoor seating. So don’t plan on lingering.

I am so disappointed with my service today. One person on the register, one taking orders, line down the sidewalk. Then, when I asked for two flavors of custard top and bottom, I was rudely told they don’t do that. Last, they barely filled the cup for $5! See photo. Rita’s, how are you going to retain me as a customer? I’m curious to find out.

Nice location with plenty of outdoor space. Custard and other items are all really good. Price point is not he higher side and this location has not adjusted to the current times. Be prepared to wait. Staff was polite and tried to keep the line moving quick. A once in a while option.

It appears as if this location is under new ownership AND they haven’t figured out how to prepare staff for the traffic flow. Under the old ownership, you may have waited 5min in line. Under the new ownership, the line sticks out into the parking lot and you wait more than 30min in line. It is disappointing that after perhaps 4mths, the new ownership haven’t figured out they are understaffed. At some point, people will stop coming. Today, I walked away and will now have to find another location. I still love the product, but this location is now terrible. Too much wasted time and not enough staff. Figure it out, new ownership haven’t figured…
