You can order from two windows and they are quick to serve you.
A few benches out front but most in sun.
Great items. We got a twisted (chocolate and vanilla) custard with chocolate sprinkles and a vanilla custard and cotton candy gelati. Delicious!

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience on 7/22
I visited your location on July 22nd around 4 PM and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. The young lady assisting me was not only unprofessional but also noticeably rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, I noticed a tip charge had been added without my consent or any explanation.
I expect a certain level of respect and transparency when visiting an establishment, and this experience fell far below that standard. I’d appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, and I hope steps are taken to ensure better service in the future.

The person that’s there needs to be more friendly and not just look at you like she doesn’t understand what you’re saying. She does not even greet with a hello or thank you. Customer services is very important, please make sure to train your staff the proper way.

I love Ritas and it’s the only close one. The only down fall about this Ritas is the location. Hidden in a sketchy back area. So makes you want to take it home. But it’s still Ritas so it’s good. I got the Cotton Candy Gelati with Gummy Bears(PS my own creation not how it came out)

This place is hit or miss with customer service. Today was the second time that an employee has scanned my app and redeemed a free reward without asking me if I wanted to use it. If they could put it back in my account, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but unfortunately they can’t (or won’t). It’s really getting ridiculous…how hard is it to ask someone if they want to use it??

Been here a couple of times and have always met with the friendliest of staff but the person who was there today manning the window was the most unfriendly person I’ve come across in a while. He had a weird attitude and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. And like someone wrote a few weeks ago, he didn’t greet either not to talk of even smiling. Just very weird vibes. Would rather drive a little further to the Gaithersburg even though this location is closer. No thanks!

Great Frozen custard. The best. The people at the counter, however, are extremely annoying. They’re on their phone talking and they expect you to know who they’re talkin to when they’re not speaking to you. Their management needs to impose upon them a restriction of not having their phone in their hand when serving customers because that is simply rude and inappropriate service behavior! Courteousness is also lacking, as well. Big surprise. If it were just for the quality of the Frozen Custard, the rating would be top-notch.
