I got the strawberry frozen lemonade and I liked how it is not too sweet There was a long line of people but the service was fast (so the wait just really depends on how long the customers make up their minds). For flavors available, they have them posted on the windows which makes it easier to decide which ones you want. And as for outdoor seating, they still haven’t brought them back.

It’s okay as the 3 stars state. I personally think it’s overrated. I just feel it’s missing something. Not to mention I go one day and then next day my favorite flavor is no longer there. It’s like going to a restaurant and asking for something and then they say, “oh, we do have that but we’re not serving that today.” Like whaaa? Not impressed. We bought a strawberry shortcake milkshake to try and curb the flavor I was wanting (which was birthday cake flavor) and that didn’t help so we ended up going to coldstone creamery instead. For the price I’ll just go to coldstone or sweet frog.

I Was In Line At 9:48pm With Three Other Customers And Was Told That They Are Closed. Website Says They Close At 10:00pm. Huge 7×11 Sign On The Window Says That They Close At 10:00pm. I Was Refused Service. There Was Even A Guy Mopping The Floor By The Window And When I Knocked On The Window He Put The Mop Down And Walked Into A Room. I’m Pretty Sure If You View The Camera Footage That It Would Verify My Story. False Advertising. Bad Business. And Even Though It Was Only A Little Financial Loss To You, Every Dollar Should Matter In This Economy. Imagine When The Weather Turns Cold And The Sales Aren’t There, The Sales You Could’ve Made Tonight Could Help You Out A Little Bit. Not Mention If The Customer Service Was Good, All The Customers In Line Would Return To Your Business And Spend Their Money. I Guess We’ll Be Going To The Rita’s In LaPlata Or Clinton Where They Actually Care About Each And Every Customer No Matter How Much Many They Spend/Spent.

Rita’s is my favorite ice cream shop. I worked at DQ in HS and then loved this local ice cream shop back in my hometown. But when I moved to Waldorf a few years ago, I learned of Rita’s and not only is the ice cream, the flavors and treats always amazing, so are the staff; specifically the manager there. I’ve asked his name before and can’t recall it but he does a great job of training the young staff and he’s ALWAYS pleasant, smiling, professional, and just an overall a wonderful person, I can just feel it. That is all for now. Thank you Rita’s and team.

Customer service is usually good…often hired are the school kids working to save up for college. I try to leave a few dollars in their tip jars!

I like the traditional and seasonal flavors

The online menu says they offer sugar-free options…when we get there…they don’t have any. The young lady serving us was rushing us and is RUDE! The last time I went to this location, it was shutdown before closing time. Where is the management? I won’t be going back to this location…I’ll go to LaPlata!

Love the variety and the friendliness. The counter on the outside was a bit sticky. There were a few ants that were trying to crawl on the counter and winder sill on the outside of the establishment, which was expected being the desserts are so sweet. Would definitely go back. Very fair in price, and even though I got a small, it was ALOT.

Rita’s is always nice. Stopped by with my grandson after his soccer practice and had some Papa time. He loves having sprinkles and gummie bears on his. Just our special time together and Rita’s was the perfect place for it. Always a great place for the kids

Long line but that’s not unexpected this time of year. Only disappointment was the website indicated flavors that weren’t available.
