Had the pleasure of stopping by Rita’s Italian Ice in Bethany Beach for ice and ice cream sandwiches for the whole Property Tenders team! Carter greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and handled multiple customers effortlessly while still giving us great service. He even shared a tip for enjoying the chocolate chip ice cream sandwich that made it even better! Thanks from the Property Tenders team for the awesome customer service and sweet treat.

This Rita’s location is the best!! We have a child with severe food allergies and the people that work there have always been super accommodating. We’ve been served several times by Carter this summer and his customer service is fantastic. Great place and staff!!!

Establishes a connection with customers individually from the first encounter. The management and team members never strive to do anything less then please the customer in whatever way possible. Time management is amazing. From the door to the line to the amazing daily selections of different flavors and toppings. You’re in and out with your favorite frozen treat all while having a fun time while doing so. 10/10 would recommend. Will be constantly coming back in the future.

Great custard, friendly service, and clean restroom. I picked up my chocolate and vanilla twist with chocolate jimmies to go, last for the season (yeah, I know summer ended awhile ago but today was sunny and kinda warm). Rita’s owners should consider making their location feel more beachy, would give it a friendlier vibe

Very tasty treats at prices not too bad. I am not too happy with being pressured at the checkout to give a tip of no less than 15 percent to the staff for handing me my order. People aren’t allowed to tip a McDonald’s cashier for the same thing, and Rita’s employees are expecting as big or bigger tip than waiters or waitresses who deliver food to tables, bring refills, clean up the tables, and so on. Doesn’t seem fair.
