This is the 3rd Rita’s i went to looking for an “ice flight”! Both locations on Philadelphia pike were Out of the ” ice flight” containers! But not this location on silverside! You guys saved the day for me! Thank you for having all your supplies!

Went there with four of my grandchildren on the first day of Spring. The line was long for free water ice, but the help handled it really well. We came at 4 PM which may have been close to the height of the mania. I was amazed we were able to find parking in the back. They were even willing to give us a mixture of two water ices on the free day.

This location is THE BEST place to go for Rita’s. The servers are polite, quick, and respectful. I have been to a few other Rita’s locations, and will NEVER go back there. Bad attitudes and shoving a TIP screen back at you when you use a debit card doesn’t sit well with me. There were 3 girls serving. They were fast and courteous and each one of the girls actually smiled. Outstanding location.

Highly recommend using the app for points! Was able to use my birthday reward for a free small water ice. This location is super busy but they have a decent sized staff so from the moment we got in line, it probably only took 6 or 7 minutes! I got a small ice and a large gelati. The parking is a little cramped and crazy but that’s not Rita’s fault. Love this location and go out of my way to go to this one bc of the fast and professional service!
