I just purchased 4 treats. One of them tasted a little off so I asked them if they could redo it and was told I would need to purchase a whole new treat. I hadn’t even made it to my car. I buy from this location 1-3x a week during this season. Very poor customer experience.

I ordered a concrete cookie blast today and the cups are already small and my order was about a little more than half full which is a lot different than the picture . For $6.29 it should be full like the photo on the wall.

As a Sunday tradition when its nice out I always drive into town and enjoy Ritas Water Ice. Before leaving I checked the hours and opening time of this Ritas which states Monday – Sunday 12:00PM – 9:00PM (On the official Ritas Website). When arriving around 1:00PM everything was closed and there was no sign of anyone. I was extremely disappointed and even waited around for 15 minutes to see if anyone showed up late. After waiting I even noticed a sign on the window that says 12:00PM – 9:00PM Monday – Sunday. So I had to settle for sub par Bruster’s and completely ruined my mood. Thanks RITAS!

Same basic flavors with the seasonal flavor every week. Lines are always long and move slow. Lines are hazard they are so long you are standing in the parking lot. Employees always talk to each other causing them to ask you to repeat order. Less talk more work would help reduce lines. More flavors instead of basic lemon, mango cherry Swedish fish , vanilla, cotton candy

The Italian ice isn’t the smoothest I’ve had but the flavors are awesome. The custard is very smooth and creamy but has fewer flavors available. Still, we come back regularly when we’re in the mood for a cold treat.
