I have been going to this Rita’s for as long as I can remember. The quality and available options always far exceed my expectations. The service is always incredible, which is why it is so upsetting that I can’t leave electronic tips. People rarely carry cash nowadays and other Ritas I go to always have the option for electronic tips. I’d like to see this change in the future.

Just had a bizarre experience here. I ordered two Misto shakes (a classic Rita’s item that has water ice and custard blended into a shake). I received them and clearly there was no custard in either. I go back and ask a different girl if there was any custard added and she explained that there are now two types of mistos- one with custard and one without. I didn’t know this and the girl who took my order never asked which I wanted and just made it without. When I asked the second girl if custard can be added afterward to fix them, she told me no and gave me a look as if there’s nothing they can do even though I expressed that I’ve ordered a Misto several times before and there’s always custard. I would understand this attitude if this mistake was my fault, but it wasn’t. I go back and ask the same girl for a refund since we didn’t touch the shakes and they’re not what we wanted (basically was watered down water ice). She had to ask another person how to refund an item and the girl who came over politely asked if I wanted them remade with custard. I told her at this point I’m fine with whatever is easier whether it is a refund or having them remade. She remade them for me and had a much better attitude than the other who acted like there was no way a simple shake can be remade/fixed. Very strange and poor customer service. The second girl redeemed the whole experience by making it right, but the others need to be taught how to talk to someone and treat a customer when something is made incorrectly or not what they wanted. I come here all the time and it’s strange that the one time I ask for something to be corrected it was like pulling teeth! Especially because these items aren’t cheap! Usually the workers are all very nice here so this took me by surprised and was extremely off putting.

They have the Best Italian ice I’ve taste so far. The staff is friendly, professional and caring to customers needs.
There is enough parking and they have outdoor seating.

Purchased a large swirl custard on 3/25/24 at 7:00 PM. Custard tasted good but portion was very disappointing. The large cup was only 1/2 filled. Definitely overpriced if this is the portion that is supposed to be dispensed in a large container.

Ironically, I just read another review that echoed my own frustration at this Rita’s. A few weeks ago, I brought my daughter’s softball team for a postgame treat and was shocked to learn that an option to tip with a credit card doesn’t exist. Glad to know I’m not the only person who thinks this is a bad idea. After receiving such great service, I was embarrassed when I couldn’t leave a tip and had to apologize to the nice girl who gave us such great service. C’mon Rita’s get with the program!

Great place! Although the line can be long, it is definitely worth the wait. Their custard is amazing and the wide variety of flavors is perfection. I love all of their flavors, especially the tropical ones, like mango.
