Service was good. However the product was another story. I was so excited for an orange water ice. What I got was a cup of highly colored ice that tasted like yucky Royersford water with a slice of orange squeezed over the top. My companion’s cotton candy ice also tasted like over chlorinated water. Twas a very disappointing trip.

I purchased a green apple water ice from Rita’s Water Ice in Royersford. I paid for it and it tasted weird like some kind of cleaner or soap was in it. I immediately walked backed and told them what happened and they were rude and very disrespectful and refused to give me a different flavor. A teenager chastised me and told me that I can’t exchange it once I paid for it even though they didn’t give it to me until after it was paid for. The staff had attitudes and were very unprofessional. They didn’t try to remedy the situation or apologize. I had to demand a different flavor and they still had attitudes.

Aden was so kind and professional. I had a really awful day at work and his politeness was genuinely appreciated. Even thought I was scatter brained he didn’t miss a beat and it made me feel better about how chaotic I was feeling. You don’t see that often anymore. Please make sure he knows it is noticed!

It’s Rita’s their flavors change everyday. You can’t make everybody happy. This one in particular is tucked away in a little shopping center. It’s directly across the parking lot from Applebee’s and Texas Roadhouse. So if you find them put them to your back and you’ll be looking at Rita’s. It’s a cute little setup. There’s a few benches and even a few picnic tables.

Ok but we waited behind an elderly man waiting in 100 degrees and they abandoned him and waited on us. We offered him our window and they closed it on him. Broke our heart. Felt like they disrespected my dad. May need training on the elderly.

When the girl gave me my change, my money blew in the wind. I went after it and ended up falling, hurting myself. A woman helped me up and got me another gelati. The girl then tried to charge me twice as I’m asking for wet napkins for my injures. How rude when I’m hurting!!!!!! This was TODAY.
