I wanted something cold.. went to two places and they were closed. Pull up next to your store. A young lady cleaning tables at 12:50 pm seemed angry.. I yelled and asked what time do you open.. She very nasty gave me a “What?!! ” with an attidue!! I asked again and She yelled ” I can’t hear a word you’re saying.. Mind you I heard her.. I’m 66 yrs old.. she must be in her 30s.. Hard 30s.. When I got out of my car to look at your schedule, she already gone inside. I don’t blame her, I’m Latino.. maybe she thought I waa gonna rob her.. I will never come here again.. I used to come often..

Sooo freaking irritated I drove up to the lansdale location and they ran out of mango and cotton candy so I stilled ordered the gelati blender because I didn’t want to waste my gas. When I got home and opened lid it was a regular gelati, and not the gelati blender. I was sooooo infuriated. I Never will deal with this location again, unless they refund me or do something for their inconvenience. $23 for a gelati blender, milkshake and a Misto is insane. Mind you I got overcharged because I ordered the gelati blender and they gave me the basic gelati smh.

We have consistently received wrong orders from this Rita’s. The employees are always putting stuff in the ice cream that we didn’t ask for, not giving us the right ice cream, making the completely wrong thing. I would not recommend this location. Pretty sure the kids just do whatever looks good to them.

Ordered delivery from grubhub tonight and the service was great. I really like the almond toffee crunch and they gave me plenty on my sundae with some extra on the side too, and a really sweet message too. Made my night.

Tired of trying with this place. From now on driving to any of the other locations further away. Way over priced (but that’s probably the same at all the Rita’s). The problem with this location is its always a mess. They don’t post online which water ice flavors they have that day. They say to call to ask what flavors they have but never answer the phone. They have very limited water ice flavors….never have pear, watermelon, green apple, etc.
Went today and spent $25 for 4 items. $6+ for a “concrete” that was just ice cream soup. One gelati to-go, which was a puddle inside the lid. Two other gelati that were a runny mess.
Done wasting money at this location. If I’m going to spend $25 for a treat for the family there are several other places that at least give you more options and non-melted ice cream.
