The customer service was beautiful. I just wish the cheese pretzels me and my husband ordered actually came with cheese. Where’s The Cheese In My Pretzel?????? When yall find some, please let me know! I paid for the “cheese” in our pretzels and got a big donut hole!

I went to this Rita’s because I was at the furniture store in that plaza one day. I have a Rita 2 blocks from my house but now this Rita’s is my go to. The staff is so friendly and professional. The store is always clean, bright, and fully stock. Im a Rita’s fan and this is my Ritas.

Each visit I’ve had the staff is always with smiles even during high traffic. My pretzels are always soft and warm . My favorite treat to pair is a mango gelati . The atmosphere is always looking and feeling refreshed.
