We absolutely love going to this Rita’s!! Its such a nice treat to get after a long day. The prices are pretty decent too – espcially compared to some of these newer “specialty ice cream shops”. I’ll stick to the basics and keep coming here!

First time visit Rita’s. My friends recommended to try mango gelati. It was mango slush with vanilla soft ice cream(gelato?). It was good, and it’s better when the ice cream melted down and mixed with slush.

Usually go to this location but after the other day I will not. We walked up around 9:30 (we know they close at 10) they had about 3-4 people working there.. the girls looked at us multiple times and then looked away. After we sat at the window for 5-6 mins someone finally came to the window, clearly annoyed. everything we ordered they said they already put away or the machine was already cleaned and closed for the night and said “it’s late” I work in the restaurant business that has milkshakes and other dessert things and understand you want to clean things for the night but they acted like we walked up 5 mins before closing. I’ll start going to a different location instead.

I dont what happened but the ice cream tasted sour. On top of that a large gelati is 7 bucks. Yikes

Absolutely love this Rita’s! The staff are amazing and the owner really puts the customers needs/wants as a priority. I’ve called a few times asking for a flavor and if they are out they make it with no hesitation or find a solution. The store front is always clean and the staff are always polite and kind. I recommend this Rita’s to everyone! Also, love that they are open on the weekends during cold season, it’s never too cold for a sweet frozen treat! 1000/10 my go to Rita’s!

I’ve been a longtime fan and customer of Rita’s Italian Ice. I saw the concrete custard on the website and was excited to try it out to see how it compares to the Sonic and Dairy Queen equivalent. I asked my son to pick up one for me on his way from work. He texted me saying, “$9!?” I figured he was just shocked by a higher cost due to inflation and told him I would pay him back. The second he walked in the door, he held it up and said, “How is this $9??” I was flabbergasted at the Dixie cup size ice cream that could have been purchased at Wawa for a half the price. I understand inflation has hit this country hard but this has to be a joke. This is like changing up the dollar menu at McDonald’s and charging $10 for the same items. How does Rita’s justify such an insane price for such a small amount of ice cream? That is shameful to say the least!

They ran out of the new flavor – rocket pop super quick. So I was sad lol but it was around 745 maybe 8 and they said they had just run out so hoping if I go early next time I can get there before it sells out. But I had my usual cotton candy ice 5 layer with vanilla custard – so I was happy

I used to stop by this particular location fairly often…no more. My go to is Reese’s peanut butter concrete which they always mess up and do not put the hot fudge (that every other location does) this is not the reason for this review. Today I go for a few quarts of water ice and a few pints of custard. I was told they can’t sell the quarts “because they ran out of lids”. I don’t understand this…the cashier offered no other solution and lost a potential fairly large order. So I didn’t place an order at all out of spite which was brought on by the cashiers sheer unwillingness to help with any possible solution. My wife however still wanted to get her large custard, the same girl gets my wife her order and when it is brought to the counter my wife notices that it is not the large that she ordered. The cashier/counter girl made no mention of the size difference and was about to charge my wife for a large and not the small that was presented, when asked why she brought a small in place of the large her excuse was that the ran out. I understand things happen and that the customer isn’t necessarily always right but in this situation….end of rant.

If you like quality service and honest people, I would avoid going to this Rita’s water ice if I were you. I will not spend another dime there for the rest of my life.

Website said 10PM. We (dad and 2 daughters under 6) arrived at 930. Walked up to window right as a previous customer was leaving. Watched as they closed the window in front of us and turned the open sign off. Purposeful no eye contact. Called and a different employee answered, I referenced the hours and they said I could come to the window and serve me. Saw the other employee, who closed the window on us making themselves a large treat. Really bad look, won’t come to this location ever again.
