I am always checking the Rita’s App to see what flavors they have that day. That is very helpful that they have that now. The only problem is not every Rita’s has the option for online ordering. For the Huntingdon Valley store, thank you for offering the option to order online. It definitely makes life easier and it’s really convenient to see what you have available before taking the ride over. I hope the other Rita’s get on board !! The new Strawberry Banana is amazing. Also the Cantaloupe is even better. That is probably my favorite flavor. Can’t wait to see what is next. Thank you

This was the best experience I ever had. I got a free sample and a person that works there called me 5 years old. But that’s besides the point and in all it was great. The cola water ice was absolutely DELICIOUS Would HIGLY recommend.

The man who waited on me was FANTASTIC! He is definitely the 1st person I met outside of Philly who knows the difference between a vanilla/ chocolate milkshake & a real black & white milkshake. Loved the black & white!!

I went today and asked for a sample of a new flavor. Before I could finish, the older lady behind the register, responded rudely, “it’s the first day of spring honey, we’re not giving out free samples, what did you think this was? Plus you have a whole line of people behind you, we’re not doing this today.” A simple “no” would’ve been fine but I didn’t need her whole attitude. The people in line even looked a little concerned. If this is the way she responds to customers, I can’t image how the staff is treated.

Ordered a small and large vanilla cone. Skimped me on both of them and they were the same size. Customer behind me literally agreed with me. Then I showed the worker and she said nothing she can do about it when clearly there’s an easy solution. Don’t hire incompetent teenagers.

Unsure why there were 4 people working when three girls sat in the back on their phones doing nothing, while the lovely girl with the glasses and red hair was helping customers and making orders. I also tried to give my tip, just to her, after watching this for two people before me, and 6 more after while I ate my ice cream. Even honest, she put it in the tip jar, to share with the lazy girls in the back. She’s a great employee.

Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12….This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly…The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now…Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don’t get all the flavors… He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate your hospitality!!
