This Rita’s is a tiny shop with a really big parking lot. There is not a single seat or shady spot to stand under so most ate in their cars or took away.
MENU:
Italian ice (like a slushee) made with real fruit, custard (soft serve ice cream), Gelati (Italian ice with custard), Misto (blended Italian ice and custard), Blendini (Misto with toppings), milkshakes.
EXPERIENCE:
I was Rita’d out by this point in our vacation so I just had a spoonful of my spouse’s Cherry Gelati. Very refreshing as it was blazing hot and not overly sweet. I’m still curious about their custard as its temperature is cold but not as cold as regular ice cream. So odd on the palate.
Service was friendly and quick as lines were nil.
OVERALL:
Add some covered seating and this’ll be a 4-star rating.

My family loves this Rita’s. The customer service is phenomenal. Never had a bad interaction since we have been going to this location which has been about 3 years now. Absolutely love that they are still open in the beginning of November. I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

I’ve been coming to this Rita’s location for years and always had a great experience, however, today, Thursday, August 3rd a little after 5pm, I go to order my usual water ice and pretzels. So, when I order my 4 pretzels, she put fresh pretzels in. Soon after, the pretzels were all done and I only received 2 out of the 4 fresh pretzels. The other two pretzels along with the fresh ones had been stale for a bit. So, I went back and asked the manager to give me two more fresh pretzels and she said “No, that’s the way it goes.” Then I proceeded to say, “I can’t eat stale pretzels.” Then, I told her that I would call the owner and then she proceeded to give me two more fresh pretzels. Bottom line, I will never be coming back.

I can’t wait for Spring to get more delicious water ice. Failed to get my gallons of cherry, lemon and mango flavored ice to carry the family through the winter season. Always received great customer service at this location.

Train your employees to have some sense of customer service. I understand you had a busy night but that’s why you’re in business, right? Just because you are still busy after closing doesn’t mean you should turn away customers. Your clerk Anna did exactly that. Instead of standing in the parking lot telling people to leave, she could have helped the rest of the staff serve all the customers. There are plenty of other Rita’s in the area and thanks to Anna, my family and friends will never be back to this one.

When it’s hot, this is the best place for a quick treat! They have water ice, custard, and soft pretzels.
Make sure to download the app. You only get one stamp per visit, even if you but 5 Blendini’s but it adds up.
This year they have the Jolly Rancher flavors…I tried the green apple. So good.
They ran out of the Watermelon, so unfortunately I haven’t gotten the chance yet.
Plus, they are very, very helpful if you have a function you are trying to plan. I used them last year for my son’s end of year class party.
I had no idea how much to get or what I should choose… clueless, I know. They helped me out. I had the perfect amount and the kids were happy!

Service was great, friendly and fast. The blendini was good, as were the water ices. My only problem was 1 of the pretzels was hard as a rock. Real talk, I damn near chipped a tooth on what should have been a soft pretzel.
