Sooo delicious! I love Ritas of wind gap pa! They always have lots of ice flavors, the staff is always nice and we love to take quarts home with us of our favorite ice. It makes the best dessert and is great for parties. The cotton candy and Swedish fish are my favorite flavors.

I love Rita’s ice cream but one male staff member in particular has been terrible. I get the same guy every time I go and he always gives a half portion. I asked if he could fill it up more and he gave me a smart answer saying “Would you like more ice cream or sprinkles?” Obviously more ice cream cause it was basic half empty. I went again today and got a different guy and it seemed like he was telling him to give a smaller portion. Is it just me or is the portion you get at Ritas? Either way this kid needs more train cause he has terrible customer service skills.

Shout out to Adrienne, Ben, and Brennan at the Wind Gap, PA location for their warm welcome, bright smiles, and excellent customer service. Rita’s Ices really does speak for itself but Adrienne made me the Shark Gelati Splish Splash and it was AMAZING! You definitely have to visit this store and enjoy a delicious summertime treat.
