We Order from here once a week to get delivered through DoorDash! Kids love the varieties here! We wish chocolate ice, cheesecake ice cream and birthday cake ice cream was apart of the daily regular flavors!

I went there today and got there around 8:48pm waited in line with my kids in the rain, while the girl was taken care of another customer. There was another girl there just cleaning and around 858 that’s when she turned off the closed sign.
The girl at register tells me that she can’t take care of my order because it was 9:00 . Instead of telling me before I waited in the rain . If I was there before 9pm why wasn’t I served? Why was the open sign still on ? Why didn’t the other employee help to get my order?
I love ritas but you need to hire better employees because that was ridiculous and unprofessional.

My girlfriend and I were there today. The sill outside was completely disgusting. It was super sticky, napkins left everywhere, and ice/custard stains all over the place. We waited a good deal of time in line because there was only one employee actually taking orders. As soon as we got to the window, the employee was nice and patient with us. Fix the few housekeeping issues and you’d get a better review.

I’m really disappointed and upset about my experience here at Rita’s Italian Ice. I came in and I ordered a regular mango gelati and it was so flavorless and it had black gunk in the ice. The custard also was not the normal colored vanilla it was yellow and tasted old, I was getting a treat not only for myself but for my grandmother as well. The customer service was also horrible, I understand that having multiple customers at a time can be stressful and put the employees under pressure, but I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. When I walked up I was not greated and I still was indecisive as to what I wanted and the employee rudely asked me, “What do you want!”, so I just gave my order. I waited for a bit until I finally got my order to only see that it was not good AT ALL!!!! If I could give zero stars I would because your money would be better spent elsewhere, where you are not treated with such disrespect and poor customer service.

Always a good variety of standard and inventive flavors, served by friendly, cheery staff. A great summer treat! They’re right on a busy shopping thoroughfare and their lot is rather small, but so far I’ve never had any issues.

Visited on a “crooked hair” day but when I was finally served by the lone person on duty, a pleasant experience with a knowledgeable server. Waited in the rain, with another patron while a customer made a huge, take-home order. No other patrons behind me. Not an easy access site and parking is an issue at times but then again, this is a Rita’s and is often worth the trip.
