Really disappointed today. Got two large Misto’s but they were barely 3/4 full. Not to mention they weren’t well blended – the ice is basically just sitting on top of the custard. And one was supposed to have two flavours but only tastes like one. For the price, do better.

We are big fans! My kids look forward to coming to Rita’s every summer. We have never been to the Lititz location and thanks to the outstanding service, it’s our new favorite spot. The custard and Italian ice are both amazing, so we couldn’t decide. Nadia was so friendly and helpful with each of us choosing a flavor. We made sure to tip generously! Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our visit to Rita’s but were disappointed that no allergen menu was available. When we asked for one, we were told they did not have one available. I was able to check online but found it difficult to find an allergy menu that was current.

This place is amazing! The staff is really nice and the cool thing about this place is that you can call and order what flavor you want in advance! I ordered a gelati and not only was there a huge chunk of ice cream on the top but there was some at the bottom as well! Recommend to everyone!

Tonight we got the curtain closed on our faces we’re told “we’re closed” at 7:02pm when the website clearly states closes at 8pm. Terrible customer service, very rude. Ritas should really consider who they have working for them.

What a delightful place. My kids and dogs have been coming here for years. The traditional lemon, as well as the lime, mango, and sour apple are family favorites. Our new puppy has been thrilled with the peanut butter topping on her Gelato. She now tries to order at the counter by herself.

I think I was served the most beautiful black raspberry ice cream cone tonight. I gave the gentleman a compliment about how perfect it looked. It was magazine advertising worthy! Just as tasty too I might add! 🙂

As usual Rita’s ice was well enjoyed! Wanted black cherry flavor, none available but said they’d make some up and have ready in 15 min. Went in nearby Giant for a few minutes then returned. They had the ice ready , it even had chuncks of cherry in it and was the best ever!!
