I love going to Rita’s, whether I’m just getting dessert or after I’ve played Putt-Putt at Hickory Falls. I especially love the pumpkin pie ice – to die for! Try a sample of whatever flavor you wish. The crew is friendly & helpful. The Rita’s ices are divine. Yup, I’m hooked!

I love Rita’s, but I don’t like paying the prices that this location charges. They seem to charge vacation destination prices. But besides that, the staff is always pleasant and the product is tasty!
My other complaint is that they never seem to have chocolate ice. I love gilatis with chocolate ice. I have signed up for the alerts, but basically every time I get an urge for Rita’s, they never have chocolate.

The prices are out of this world! The last time I went sometime last year, I thought jeez I don’t want to go to this one, their prices are higher. Then we went again yesterday and it was like OMG they’re out of their minds! We had previously gone to the Gettysburg location (not since last year) and the prices at that location were better despite it being a tourist town. Hanover is not a tourist town, it’s not prime real estate, it’s not near a beach or some other exciting attraction that draws in boatloads of visitors. It’s a freaking small town in a rural area. There’s a lot of competition for desserts in this town. No reason to spend $25 for treats for the family. I will go elsewhere until the manager/owner comes back down to earth. Soft serve is way overpriced, and the Italian ice is just ice and syrup. Give me a break. They’re either making money hand over fist or they’re making up for having to pay rent or license/franchise fee.

Very friendly and helpful service, great prices and great location right inside Hickory Falls entertainment. Would recommend highly and my family also really enjoys this place. Always a good time and worth the drive to Hanover from near York PA

Our order was wrong and we miss going to the old location. Having to go in the Fun Center and get in the standard food line for Rita’s is highly inconvenient. When we did reach the counter, no one waited on us but plenty of kids walked by looking like they had nothing to do. Did I mention I miss the old Rita’s??
