Ordered a concrete today around 4:30 and when we received it, it looked nothing like the examples on the signs. When I questioned whether we received the correct order, the young woman replied, yes, rolled her eyes, and gave a flip of her hand. Concrete not worth the cost and don’t expect it to look anything like photos, very bland. Also, ordered a chocolate soft serve with gummy bears and got chocolate soft serve with sprinkles. When pointed out we ordered gummy bears and not sprinkles, young man whipped the dish into the trash in front of us and provided proper order. We won’t be returning with attitude of employees.

I love their twist cone. When I am trying to be good I like to see what sugar free ice they have. Mango is very good. The sugar free sometimes does not have a strong enough taste.

Rita’s Italian Ice is cool and refreshing, and delicious! For those of us with lactose intolerance it’s a wonderful treat that unlike ice cream won’t send us running for the nearest bathroom. They do have custard, too, for the ice cream fans. And they always have at least one sugar-free flavor on the menu. The menu of flavors changes daily, but usually there are many to pick from. My favorite is Strawberry or Red Raspberry but there are several others I really like. My husband likes Georgia Peach or Mango best. I grew up in the Midwest and had never tried Italian ice until we moved here in 2004, but I’ve become a fan!

Stopped by tonight at 8:45pm website, said open till 9 pm. Two girls in the restocking refused to wait on any customs. They even looked at the customs and just kept doing what they were doing. Could care less about me or any other customs. They could have at least told us we closed early. I would not recommend this location at all. This place is a joke, and you should drive down to 3B ice cream right down the road.

Delicious ice cream, plus this location gives some bigger portion sizes than many of the other Rita’s locations I’ve visited. The staff were very helpful and friendly, all wearing masks. We will definitely be back!

Be Cool Eat A Rita’s! Gelato, Misto Shakes and the Italian Ice are always awesome no matter what location you visit. Consistency is the huge plus when visiting any Rita’s Italian Ice. This location has very friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this location and any others that you are near.
