Mostly good, but a bit of a pain for those of us who have mobility issues. There is no easy way from the parking lot to the store. We are still mobile enough to do the long ramp, but there have to be people who will pass on seeing the length of the walk

This new Mechanicsburg location just opened and was SO clean and cute inside. They have 2 picnic tables outside–no outside window like others in the area. The service was really friendly and quick! My dog loved her puppy cup, we will definitely be back.

Awesome shop and we were lucky enough to have the owner help us. Incredible service, super clean shop, super friendly. We ended up getting four flavors to go….Strawberry Colada, Watermelon Sour, Lemon, and Root Beer, and all were GREAT!! We’ll be customers for a long long time!

I love Rita’s italian ice ever since I was a kid. This location, in particular, is special. I take my boys here after they get haircuts. The person behind the counter is kind and very welcoming when we come in, and they always remember my boys. I would highly recommend this location.

Hit this place on a BUSY Saturday. (93 degrees out…) I saw the line and told the Kids we could try again later- but they did the sad puppy eyes thing, and I took them in. All I can say is that the crew at this Rita’s got through a line of 20 people in about 8 minutes. The teamwork impressed me enough to write this review. This place is clearly run well, and had a great staff who were properly trained. We had a great experience there. (Oh- and the food was great too.) I will be taking my Family back soon.

Excellent service! This was my first trip to a Rita’s. The trio working tonight were fantastic. They were all very polite and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. The Italian ice and custard were also great. We will return!

First time going to a Rita’s that is indoors. Very clean space. No indoor seating but they do have tables and benches right outside with umbrellas for you to sit an enjoy your dessert of choice. I always go for a gelati and my wife is a huge fan of their brownie sundae.
Prices are pretty standard and fair and didnt seem over the top.
Staff was very helpful and polite and courteous and definitely will become my go to Rita’s going forward.

I enjoy coming here because my dear wife loves their Mango Mistos. I like the employees because they are so friendly. Kim, the manager, is doing a great job and cares about everything. I really believe she will make this store great. I get excellent service, every-time, from all of the employees. Some of them are still learning, but please give them time. Everyone’s motivated and they care about the customer. There is such great energy in here and I believe we all are beneficiaries. No business is perfect, but this Rita’s is trying very hard. I love to see a new business come alive. We are fortunate to have this beautiful store on the Pike and we all know it. Thank you and let’s help them grow. Be good to yourselves, your families, and to Rita’s of Mechanicsburg. We are blessed to have them. ❤️❤️
