Staff was great, very nice and very patient. The parking lot sucks and it was consistently crowded well after close. We had to eat in our car and it took us nearly 15 minutes to fully be able to pull out and leave. It’s not the staffs fault, like I said they were amazing. But the parking lot situation puts us off from going often.

Lucked out and came on a day with black raspberry custard! Soooo good! The wait staff are very kind and helpful. Tastes of any flavor to make an informed choice. Plus it was 2 buck Tuesday so my mom got a regular ice for $2! And of course Rita’s has chocolate sprinkles. I’m always excited to find them since moving away from the east coast. Yay for all the comfort and nostalgia of my earlier life ❤️

Excellent! They have the best custard known to man! And their variety of Italian ice flavors are wonderful! Still have many of the original flavors we’ve grown to love plus many other mixes of custard, Italian ice, frappes, lemonade, and more. It’s been my favorite gelati joint for over 10 years.
