I love Rita’s so much. I finally tried their cheesecake custard and it was totally delicious. I had it with raspberry ice, but then yesterday went back and had the mango ice. Both Are fabulous, our family really loves this establishment.

I’ve been coming to this Rita’s for a while, but after tonight, I’m really disappointed. I came to meet friends and got in line at 8:52 PM—well before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM. My friends were just ahead of me and placed their orders, but when it was our turn (only three people behind them), the employees abruptly announced they were done taking orders and closing by saying “WE’RE NOT SERVING ANYONE ELSE TONIGHT” and shut their blinds.
It’s frustrating that three staff members couldn’t handle a short line, and worse, my friends said one of the workers was visibly upset, almost throwing a tantrum and shouting that they were closed as soon as they saw people still outside. That kind of attitude is really unprofessional.
Customer service at this location has gone downhill, and it’s disappointing to see how little regard they now show for customers. We recommend cubby’s down the street. Support a small business with kind staff that is always excited to see customers!

I went to Rita’s today and got just a large blue raspberry Italian ice. when the man walks back to fill up my ice he used a dirty blue rag with obvious brown and red stains to pat the top of my ice after he over filled it. after he just grabbed money and touched his hair then grabbing a rag I thought about it and threw my ice away after one bite. What a shame

Rita’s is always a great place to go ice cream and flavored ice is always great, the only reason I’m giving this 1 stars was the customer service. My first time at this location and was by far the worst customer service at any of the Rita’s locations I’ve been too. Got in line to order there was one couple in front of us , after they got their order we proceeded to the window to order the girl was to preoccupied with personal conversations till she greeted us after a good 5 mins went by . The girl was to worried about the conversation going on that even my order was wrong. So had to wait in line once again to be ignored. Most incompetent employees, location wasn’t busy at all and still managed to mess up an ice cream order. Super disappointed

Staff are hard working and friendly. Always greet you with a smile on their faces. As spring approaches, and we have nicer days, management should really think about upping the level of staff. First 80+ degree day and there were 2 people working. They did phenomenally but you’d think on a day like that, the owner would have more staff scheduled.
