I always order through UBER Eats and for the last several orders, they can’t seem to get the order correct! I don’t know if they’re getting the order mixed up with someone else’s or the person handling the order is new, or they can’t read English or they’re doing it on purpose! I do not recommend this location, but from now on I will not use the location & if UBER Eats only uses this location, I will use a different service because I’m done with this Rita’s location

Never been there before. I wasn’t sure what to get, the girl Kaylee working there walked me thru all the menu options, and the favorites. I had the gelati, I would never have ordered and it was great. Kaylee saved my night!!!

This place doesn’t have a restroom .. I’m 7 months pregnant and I asked if I could use their employee’s restroom and the employees said NO that there is a nail salon down the block that I could go try . Unbelievable!!
The situation was not resolved . I asked for the manager and the employees said they could not get a hold of the manager . I bought my ice cream and left without any resolution.

Giving a rating of 3 stars mainly due to the service at the counter, not the product. The girl who they have working there was not very communicative and non responsive due to a wrong charge on the frozen custard to go. My sister bought her 2 quarts of frozen custard for $8 each and then I went to make my purchase for a pint of frozen custard and the girl behind the counter tells me it’s $8. I asked her how come I am paying for the amount of a quart? Makes no sense at all. She looked very complex. Barely any eye contact. So she then proceeds to fill up a quart instead of just filling up another pint (which as you know 2 pints make a quart ♀️ ♀️) but she didn’t look too bright at all. So I just went for the quart size for the $8. I go look in my bag and the quart wasn’t even filled up , she left a lot of room at the top of the container. Disappointed to say the least. But dispute that situation the frozen custard is amazing!!! Yum!!!
