I’ve always enjoyed coming to Rita’s, but lately the experience hasn’t been the same. The girl at the front can come off a bit unfriendly,to put it mildly, and I’ve noticed others feel the same way. I’m not trying to be negative — just hoping for a warmer, more welcoming vibe like it used to be.

Had a great experience visiting Rita’s of Monsey today. Everything was cholov Yisroel which was a great plus! Shua was a great employee and helped explain the menu very well. Will be back!!

I was reluctant to go there due to warnings about crowds and poor Covid safety compliance. I finally tried on a school day mid-afternoon. There were no other customers, but there is a prominent sign requiring masks and the workers wore them. The ices taste great and service is friendly. I will go again as long as they continue to respect my safety.
I am also thankful that they carry chol over stam products as some of us prefer to have a choice.

Rita’s on the 59 is delicious and the inside is very clean. The staff was very friendly and works quickly. They do have the option for cholov yisroel ice cream in addition to the standard frozen custard. Id highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be coming back

Mother in law enjoyed her favorite: chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and whipped cream. Too expensive at $ 7.50 for small sundae. Order counter was not clean. Tables not wiped off. Floor littered with napkins and spoons .3 employees were not all busy helping customers so they could have straightened up the store. We will not go back.

Went to Rita’s with my sister and had a blast. The server was kind and informative. We got different types of frozen desserts, all of which were amazing. Will definitely come again!

Rita’s is a great place to take the kids. They have quick service and a large variety of flavors. I’ve ordered through Doordash from them a few times and my order arrived neatly packaged and sealed.

I’ve been to other rita’s before, and was very excited for one to open in my neighborhood: and I was not let down. The store was beautiful; extremely clean and well-kept. The service was super fast, and the workers were extremely nice and friendly. I had read in a different review that they didn’t make restrictions to help prevent covid; and that couldn’t be more wrong; everyone in the store was wearing a mask, and there were also markings on the floor to enforce where people should stand to help prevent the spread. And how could I almost forget: the ices! I was recommended by a friend to try a misto, and it was delicious! I really recommend it. And to top it off they also have cholov yisroel options, which is really nice, and caters really well to a frum community who have been wanting something like this forever.

Slightly higher priced than other Rita’s locations, but the quality is great! Love all the flavors no garbage can outside is a bit inconvenient.
