Tasty Italian ice and custard, with so many options to choose from! Staff is really friendly. Per her recommendation I got half cherry and half green apple Italian ice, and really liked it! They rotate certain flavors every day, so the flavor I originally was wanting they didn’t have. You can visit their site to see what flavors are available each day. Great please staff is very friendly. Please update your current hours online. I drove 25 mins based off your hours listed and you guys were closed. It currently states that you are open until 10:30 pm. I got there at 9:15. Very annoying.

I’ve been taking the family to Rita’s for years but today was the first time I felt that I wouldn’t be going back. My cashier was Leia and she was condescending and rude. I used it as a teaching experience for my kids on what not to do when working in the customer service field. When your kids notice someone being rude it says a lot. Leia needs a lesson in how not to conduct yourself even when you’re having a bad day…

I’d like to consider myself a regular here as I love their frozen drinks. Today for the first time I received a frozen drink with two little black pieces. Still unsure of what it may be. I’d hope whatever issues may be going on is quickly resolved. When I arrived today the lady ahead of me expressed she had been waiting for 15 minutes as the employees just passed her in the booth. Ritas has not been providing the same customer service they always have. They are also more basic and low on flavors. I would hope whatever is in my drink is not dangerous and is resolved. Perhaps they need to clean their equipment
