Tasty Italian ice and custard, with so many options to choose from! Staff is really friendly. Per her recommendation I got half cherry and half green apple Italian ice, and really liked it! They rotate certain flavors every day, so the flavor I originally was wanting they didn’t have. You can visit their site to see what flavors are available each day. Stopped by to get Italian ice for my buddy who has diary and gluten allergy while making an ice cream run along with his brother. He truly enjoyed his large lemon Italian ice. When I expressed fear of cross contamination, our server ensured me that the ices was kept in a separate freezer. Definitely will be back!

It was my first time at Rita’s today and honestly, I had no idea what to get, but Megan made it super easy. She greeted me with a big smile and was so nice that I felt comfortable right away. I asked a ton of questions and tried a bunch of samples, and she was really patient and helpful the whole time. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience way more fun. We even had a good laugh a couple times, which totally made my day. Plus, she got my order done really fast and got everything exactly right. What I loved most is that she didn’t just rush through it. She actually made the interaction feel real and like I wasn’t just another customer. You can tell she really cares, and that kind of vibe stands out since not everyone’s like that. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Megan seriously made me leave Rita’s smiling, so I had to say something. Thanks so much, Megan, you’re awesome!!

My husband and I always go tobthis place for the twist custard icecream as it is so good. This time I asked the black server in blue to try one of their other custard flavors. She said that the manager forbids it. So we bought the usual and sat down in one of the outside chairs in front of the window. There came 6 people after us who were black and hispanic and asked her to try something. She gave to each of them.
What???- It cannot get more racist!!

I’d like to consider myself a regular here as I love their frozen drinks. Today for the first time I received a frozen drink with two little black pieces. Still unsure of what it may be. I’d hope whatever issues may be going on is quickly resolved. When I arrived today the lady ahead of me expressed she had been waiting for 15 minutes as the employees just passed her in the booth. Ritas has not been providing the same customer service they always have. They are also more basic and low on flavors. I would hope whatever is in my drink is not dangerous and is resolved. Perhaps they need to clean their equipment

This was my first time trying out Rita Italian and I have to say the customer service was really good and the young guy working here really helped me to decide on what to get because I wasn’t sure what to get.
I got mango and pineapple icey and I have to say really good. I got a small the price was a little something but I didn’t have anything to compare it to but I have to say it was well worth it. I would recommend and I will be back

This place is absolutely amazing. The lady below me who is bashing on that innocent girl is out of line. This place is great and I have had her as my server and she was very sweet and kind, it was some of the best service I have had. It was nothing to do with race. That lady was just rude. Makes me upset seeing a review like this when I know personally the great service this place has. The workers do their best and it’s understandable to have a bad day sometimes especially dealing with a rude customer as herself.
