Idk what’s going on with Rita’s Franklin park! The helpings are getting less it does it depends on the person who is serving. Last 3 times I have been there the cup is not filled in. Medium is small and large is medium. I have been there many many times. But now I feel they are not giving you your money value. Makes me think I should go to another location. Why would you guys not fill the cups up ??

I ordered 4 Large frozen custards and recieved 4 half filled cups. All the pictures show the cups filled to the rims ours were’nt even close. On top of that when i complained to the employee stated that “this is large, thats all it is”

Super yummy with lots of options. We love the custard, it’s super creamy and sweet. While the ice can be a bit icy and chunky at times, we love the mango and cherry. It’s all very refreshing, perfect for a hot day.

Great selection of icy flavors. I can’t wait to get Rita’s ice cream. The gelti is my favorite the custard is so creamy and not too sweet. The icy can be very sweet depending on the flavor you choose. My favorite is a Swedish fish with vanilla gelati. Probably the best combination known to mankind. This is the best ice-cream hands down. I highly highly highly recommend.
The person who served me did a great job and followed my order to perfection. He delivered the ice-cream to me with style it had the best shape and it was easy to manage. The trainer did a great job give this kid a bonus.

Rita’s in Franklin Park is terrific, frozen custard beats ice cream every day of the week. Their counter personnel are always friendly, attentive, and charming, in particular Isha and Mahi on the night I visited. well worth your time to stop by!

I got delivery two gelatis came to $20 fine it’s delivery. I got a small and large they were 85% water ice and 15% ice cream. I was so annoyed when I got to the bottom and I was searching for ice cream and there was literally a teaspoon full. For the price they should make sure they give you what you pay for. Because I def felt like I got ripped off. Such a waste.

Our family has been going here for as long as I can remember but in the last year or so they have really been skimping on the portions in comparison to the other Rita’s we frequent (Monmouth Junction, Hillsborough, and Old Bridge). I ordered a large gelati which had maybe a tablespoon or two on top and bottom. The concrete we ordered was maybe two-thirds of the way filled. They don’t really seem to care if you complain either.
