Rita’s always has great water ice and ice cream, but today’s visit had great customer service. The girls working there were so patient and kind with us when ordering, even though my 7yr old didn’t know what she wanted. Then we ordered her what we thought she wanted and it wasn’t it. With no hesitation they offered to make it again in a different way. I still can’t believe they did this. In no way did they do anything wrong with the order, but they cared more about my daughter being happy. So for me I will definitely return and recommend to this Rita’s to others.

I’ve been coming here for the past 7 years when the new owners took it over and I have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and expanded their menu. They have great tasting water ice and custard with so many flavors to choose from. They don’t take American Express credit cards though.

I went as a doordash driver to pickup delivery order after waiting for 10 minutes at delivery window employee said me to come at regular window I stand in a line for regular window after 20 minutes of waiting at 95f hot I was sweating and when my number came the employee rudely answered I have not prepared yet I said when u gonna prepare she replied rudely after she finishes all the customers seriously doordash delivery is for customer only OWNER/MANGER should learn employees how should they behave with us.

The person who waited on me was miserable but the ice cream was good. The store looked clean and there is plenty of parking. Very easy to see from the highway and as always great water ice as well as ice cream. They have several outdoor tables but no indoor seating so cold weather is a coin toss.

We go here a lot, but tonight got ripped off. I ordered a kids vanilla custard with sprinkles and one cherry, and they charged me $8. When I asked how why so much the girl (who had a lot of attitude and had to make it twice because the first time she brought chocolate by mistake) said it was for 2 toppings. I said ONE 1cherry counts as a topping (not cherries…) and she insisted yes. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no.

Didn’t have flavors so they believed it was right to provide flavors they thought were acceptable without telling me. Disgusting vanilla and disgusting blue raspberry. What a waste of 2 quartz. I don’t settle for mediocrity. Don’t door dash Rita’s it’s disappointment brought to your doorstep. Also my driver wasn’t masked and a bandana around your neck like John Wayne doesn’t count.
