I’m so upset for this situation. My son went to order 3 ice creams and the employee in front desk her name Giana T charge like 2 Ice creams I spoke to her and she said that she can’t do nothing in a few words she stole my money. So that’s not fair because I’ve been buying several times here but this will be the last. No etic and respect. Take actions you will lose a lot of costumers.

Its always good. This is the first one I have ever been to that didn’t have stand outside and order windows. It also has a public restroom. However the floor was very sticky. I wish they would get more choices for gelatis.

It seems like they never have concretes or milkshakes during the closing shift. I understand stopping the use of messy items ten or so minutes beforehand but a whole hour or more before ? Don’t come here at night if you want to order anything other than a cone or italian ice. Another thing that was upsetting was the lying about it, just be confident if that’s the policy you’re going to adhere by it makes it more obvious when you’re fumbling over your own lie.

The one girl there tonight seemed so confused. I asked for a cookies and cream milkshake and she said they didn’t have it. I ended up ordering a cookies and cream Concrete and was given half a cup of ice cream for $8. Unfortunately I didn’t realize til I got home. Guess it was a bad night.

The customer service in this Rita’s was terrible I visited the store on 4/14/24 @ around 6 pm. The young lady who took care of my family and I was not attentive at all. She kept refusing items on my custard even though I continuously told her I would pay for them. Her answer was “we don’t do that” she would then ask her co worker who would just tell her is an up charge. She was so slow that by the time my 4th custard was complete my first was just melting all over the counter. The other girl then comes to charge me. I ask why they don’t wear name tags, her answer to me was I don’t know. She then very rudely charges me and turns her back leaving me standing there. I had to call for attention again for a tray to be able to transport 4 items and ask for utensils and by the time I had a chance to ask her for napkins she was gone again. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t come here again.

I have been visiting this place a couple of time. When it comes to collecting rewards for my app they kept saying they did not need to scan my app they just needed my phone number. After a few visits I checked to see if I have collected enough rewards and found out I never got any rewards from my past visits. The girl then just brushed me off saying “the rewards hasn’t been working lately.” With no remorse. They are tricking me pretending to take my phone number instead of scanning my app and me not getting the rewards. Also, management is never there, another visit my custard was not the flavor I wanted and they couldn’t get the flavor to dispense. I dont eat the vanilla flavor custard and asked to be refunded instead but the girl she said she couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there. She left me to the side to either take the loss or be stuck with something I couldnt eat. I love this location and the flavor options, please improve. Thanks

The people are so nice there. There’s a lady that’s been working there for some time, I know cause I’m always in there, and she is the most friendly person I’ve Encountered there. She serves with a smile and makes me want to buy all Of the gelati’s. I can’t say her name but she like a big teddy bear. The place is clean and the treats are well made. I’ve never had something go wrong with my order. I hope Rita’s stays
