It all began in Sicily. Growing up in a large Italian family, Chef & Owner Emilio had access to acres of land filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, developing a great sense for quality produce. Since an early age, Emilio worked in a variety of top rated hotels and restaurants. He developed an immense passion for the culinary art of authentic cuisine and his wonderful food creations. In 1988 after graduating culinary school in Belgium, he, along with his brother opened their first restaurant in Brussels Belgium, San Tucci. In 2014 they opened their second restaurant in WEST PALM BEACH, Ristorante Santucci.
Slick, all-white Italian restaurant with sidewalk seating, popular with after-work courthouse crowd.

About last night, we’ll let me tell you this is another must do when at home! Of all the restaurants we have eaten at in the U.S. in 2025, this was probably the best experience overall. From food, to service, to ambiance, they do it all with perfection. We had a romantic seat where we could see the beautiful art sculptures and palm trees sparkling outside in the darkness, and could also see the masters at work in the glistening kitchen. Our server was the ultimate professional, from the array of gorgeous glassware, to his suggestions, to meaningful conversation, just outstanding. The bartender/manager? even stopped by and brought over some fantastic camomile grappa after dinner. We had sautéed calamari with olives and tomato, salad with tiger shrimp, figs, and crispy prosciutto, branzino, skirt steak, cannolis with pistachio (my favorite) and dark chocolate mouse. The best evening I have had downtown in West Palm in forever, and needless to say we will be back soon! This might even be our Christmas Eve choice, as we are still undecided! If you are looking for true warm hospitality with the best authentic Italian food in Palm Beach County. Santucci is your go to! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My husband and I were only in town for a few days visiting our close friends over the weekend, and our double date night at this restaurant was the highlight of our trip. Beautiful outdoor seating, incredible food, great ambiance, friendly, attentive staff….the owner came and spoke with our table multiple times making sure we were having a great experience. Could not recommend coming here enough! Desserts were incredible as well! Will definitely be returning on future trips!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I were so excited to come here for our anniversary as we read the wonderful reviews online. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation we went in and we informed the staff that we had a stroller. They said not to worry about it and that they will make space for it. We waited the half hour for our reservation and when it was time, they told us that they no longer could see us and fit the stroller. This was on New Year’s Eve, so it was very difficult to find another restaurant for us and sadly it was our anniversary. We were really looking forward to this. Do not go here. They will not accommodate you.

As Italian Canadians making our first visit to West Palm Beach, finding truly authentic Italian food was important to us—and Ristorante Santucci has it all. This family-owned restaurant delivers scratch-made dishes rooted in tradition, quality, and genuine Italian flavors. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and pride behind every plate.
The house-made pasta is outstanding—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Standout dishes include the lobster-filled ravioli, which is rich, delicate, and beautifully balanced, as well as the Frutti di Mare, packed with fresh seafood and bold Mediterranean flavors. The Pasta alle Vongole is another highlight, simple and elegant, letting the freshness of the clams shine.
Italian techniques and top-quality ingredients. It’s clear the Santucci family brings generations of culinary knowledge from Sicily, along with their experience running a successful restaurant in Brussels.
With excellent meat, seafood, and vegetarian options and a thoughtfully curated wine list, Ristorante Santucci is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in downtown West Palm Beach.
Hope to see you again Lalli Family…Big thanks to Mike and Linda for the recomendation.

This is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service. The muscles appetizer tastes great. I had the gnocchi in a sausage sauce. Best gnocchi I ever tasted. We were a party of four and everyone was complimenting the food and service.

“Our first visit and we loved it! The food is incredible — authentic Italian cuisine with amazing flavors. The atmosphere is relaxing and cozy, and the service is friendly and attentive. The homemade pasta dishes were outstanding, and the desserts — especially the tiramisu and crème brûlée — were to die for!”

Had an amazing experience dining at this beautiful Sicilian restaurant. Thank you Gianluca for the outstanding service and enjoyed speaking with you in Italian. Very few restaurants serve Bucatini Amatriciana my favorite pasta dish it was by far the best I have had. We also had the Tagliatelle with mushrooms and house made sausage delicious! The Sicilian wine went perfectly with our dishes. We look forward to coming back soon. Grazie!

Ristorante Santucci in West Palm Beach is an absolute gem. We started with the spicy mussels — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The papardelle bolognese was rich and authentic, and the chicken Lombardo was outstanding, tender and perfectly seasoned. For dessert, we finished with the panna cotta, which was simply amazing — silky, creamy, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt like dining in a cozy trattoria in Italy. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Italian food. Robust flavor. Good service. Rather loud inside but still able to have conversation around 4 seat table although not at 6 seat table

Food was OK. The olive oil and foccacia were the highlight. I ordered ravioli stuffed with osso bucco and while the pasta was cooked very well the dish was too lemon forward. Had panna cotta for dessert and it was good just not special.
Service however was lacking. Our waiter took our order and food came out as ordered but we noticed about half way through our meal that he did not offer any of the specials for that night to us although he did for other tables. We had to wait a long time to place our dessert order as well.
