It all began in Sicily. Growing up in a large Italian family, Chef & Owner Emilio had access to acres of land filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, developing a great sense for quality produce. Since an early age, Emilio worked in a variety of top rated hotels and restaurants. He developed an immense passion for the culinary art of authentic cuisine and his wonderful food creations. In 1988 after graduating culinary school in Belgium, he, along with his brother opened their first restaurant in Brussels Belgium, San Tucci. In 2014 they opened their second restaurant in WEST PALM BEACH, Ristorante Santucci.

First visit last night, and we will definitely be back! The service and ambiance are excellent but the house-made pasta was heavenly. My spaghetti carbonara was authentic and transcendent…made with guanciale the Sicilian way. If you’re looking for real Italian, you’ll love Ristorante Santucci!

Always an exquisite experience. Dont go if your in a rush as everything is done from scratch and it’s delicious. We had the bronzino and osso bucco, although i wish the food would come with a side its a la carte but its superb quality and flavor. And dont forget dessert. tiramisu is my favorite! Thanks for another wonderful dinner.

Is the best restaurant in town, it was a special occasion and we tried all the desserts it was incredible, the quality of the coffee is the best in town. Also, the fresh made pasta too. Everything are made there and fresh the quality is amazing. The waiters are great and the chef too. It is a must go!

All the food we had at Ristorante Santucci was very good, but some dishes were better than others. The bruschetta and cheese plate appetizers were good, while the calamari was tasty but not as crispy as I would have liked. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and pastas; my linguine Vongole tasted like it hadn’t been salted, but the flavoring was there. Overall we had a very nice meal, 4 stars.

Foods are amazing! We got Bruschetta Pugliese as appetizer and ordered bacutini and riosotto de chef. I love my risotto a lot, full of flavor with fresh ingredients, highly recommended! The staffs here are very knowledgeable, explain really well and provide the best service !

This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Every course we had was made to perfection. Made to order, hand made pastas – delicious. Service was second to none. Family owned and you can tell. I was here on vacation and it was my first time here. I will come back every time I’m in town. Highly, highly recommend.
