For such a refined place I would have expected top notch service. We had to ask multiple times for allergens. Gluten free bread came in once and late. Wine list is extensive but the recommendations were a bit off our description. No soft menu which was weird two people at our place were underage and would have appreciate options other than “coke”. Overall a nice experience but not something I would rave about.

Speechless. An amazing dinner. All dishes were well designed and prepared. Service was excellent. Definitely will get back soon.

This place delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. I tried the ox cheek, foie gras, and gambero pasta — each dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.

The ox cheek was melt-in-your-mouth tender, rich and deeply flavorful — clearly slow-cooked with care. The foie gras was seared perfectly, with a silky center, paired with subtle, sweet elements that balanced its richness.

But the real surprise was the gambero pasta. The prawns were sweet and delicate, and the pasta perfectly al dente. What really elevated the dish was the lemon zest — it added a bright, citrusy lift that brought everything together and made the flavours sing. Simple, but brilliant.

Service was attentive and warm, and the historic setting made the whole experience feel special. A must-visit if you’re looking for refined Italian cuisine with thoughtful details.

Great dining experience and outstanding service!

A number of seafood options are available here. We had the large seafood platter which was excellent, especially the red shrimp! Other dishes were great overall as well. Lobster pasta a bit more creamy than other places.

Highly recommended!!

Food was disappointing. Very much. Foie gras is served with a slice of very strong blue cheese that destroys its taste, and non-cooked (non-braised) raw pear cuts. Lobster and shrimp (main dish) was a disaster. It had no taste, cold, served with slices of cheapest “plastic” raw cherry tomatoes and raw carrots. (If cherry tomatoes are of good quality, sweet and grilled, they can give a really good taste to a sauce for fish or crustaceans) Hardly ate less than half of the portion and sent the dish back. Moreover, when i asked for a glass of Franciacorta, a seemingly unexperienced guy just poured remaining of someone’s bottle into my glass (like a 80 grams) and took off. I had to ask another waiter to serve a proper glass, which is supposed to be charged for full price. Not worth visiting. Really. From my experience.
