REALLY enjoyed dinner here. The chef created a vegan dish for me that was really good. My only complaint is that the music was a bit on the loud side, which made conversation difficult at times. Our server was sweet and the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is not to be overlooked! It is a hidden treasure that needs to be better celebrated! I have eaten all over the States and Europe and the food here never fails to be excellent! The staff is genial and I am astounded that it is not consistently packed! I cannot name one dish that was not beyond excellent, but my favorites are the mozzarella salad (with melon and prosciutto) and fried fish with truffle potatoes. Let’s keep them open!

Ate lunch here and the food was phenomenal! Shared the crepes and the pasta Alfredo with a friend and could not decide which was better. I’d put this food up against anything I’ve had in New Orleans or Europe. Waitress was attentive but not aggravating. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful!! We had been looking for an authentic Italian restaurant for months. We had tried different areas from the north shore to the south shore, but we were always disappointed. From the minute we walked into the door we realized this was the real thing. From being allowed to taste the wine before buying to the wonderful food, to the delicious dessert, it was a memorable experience.

A very lovely experience. We went into Foodie’s after the Christmas parade in town. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was cozy and quiet with soft music playing. The fried oyster salad was delicious. The fish and chips were fresh and portions were good sized. We plan on going back again soon.

First time diner here. Had the Shrimp e Garganzola Linguini. A 10 star dish if ever there was one. The multitude of tastes was exceptionally blended and the shrimp had a slight “bite” and cooked and spiced perfectly. Nice size portions of linguini and shrimp left you well satisfied but not “stuffed”. Pre dinner bread left a bit to be desired and the post dinner tiramisu was good to be sure but was a bit dry. Overall, this is a small, cozy restaurant that has to be on your destination list! Great place to bring your guests for the taste of great food. Everyone has there own expectations when it comes to food, but it’s very hard to fault a wonderful dining experience like this with exceptional food entrees like the Shrimp e Gargonzola Linguini. You’ll love it! My wife had the Crab Stuffed Ravioli. Homemade ravioli was exceptionally well prepared, spiced and great presentation. Another homerun entree for sure! This Italian restaurant is truly a treasure. If you remember Ristorante da Piero from a few years back, this is the reincarnation. Eggplant. Veal. Gnocchi. Everything they do is amazing. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is warm and romantic, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. This is a great place for two or for twenty, and for any special occasion.
