Con:
– serio maximizes his floor space, so when it gets packed it gets loud and crowded because everyone is having a great time. It can be a turn off for some people, but it is 100% worth the visit! My best memories with my family are at Bonaroti!
The food? Outstanding. We started with fresh bruschetta bursting with ripe tomatoes and basil, then dove into house-made tagliatelle with wild boar ragù—rich, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth heaven. The osso buco was tender perfection, paired with a velvety Barolo that elevated every bite. Portions generous, presentation impeccable.
Dessert stole the show: creamy tiramisu and panna cotta that transported us to Tuscany. The staff’s professionalism was flawless—knowledgeable sommelier recommendations, polished service, and genuine smiles all night.
Prices fair for the quality; ambiance romantic yet lively. We’ll be back soon. Buon appetito!
The waiter shared a long list of specials and it was hard to decide what to order because everything sounded like it would be delicious. I don’t think you could go wrong. It was so busy that I think it was the owner or maitre d’ who took our orders. I asked which of two specials to order and he helped me choose the mushroom ravioli with a mushroom cream sauce (melt in your mouth). We had zucchini flower appetizers and a caprese salad. Friends enjoyed the manicotti and the halibut special. We were celebrating a birthday (I let the waiter know). The restaurant provided a “happy birthday” plate with tiramisu and the whole room joined us in singing.
Great place to celebrate family milestones
We started with the beef carpaccio and octopus appetizer, which were both perfectly seasoned and plated beautifully. For mains, I had the veal osso buco and my partner got the veal marsala—both cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The seafood pasta specials looked incredible too, and I can’t wait to try them next time. The bread basket alone is worth the visit—soft, airy, with just the right crunch, and served with olive oil, balsamic, and butter.
The service is top-notch. The owner, Sergio, makes the rounds to check on guests, and the staff are attentive, kind, and professional without ever feeling pushy. It really makes the experience feel personal.
If you’re a traveler or just don’t want to dine in, Bonaroti is also available via Pressure Deliveries, which is perfect for enjoying their classic Italian dishes from your hotel or home.
Overall, this is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why Italian cuisine is so special. Incredible food, warm atmosphere, and impeccable service—I’ll be back again soon!
