We were in a larger group business dinner. A small restaurant with a family Italian feel.
The food is fresh and the ingredients are high quality. We had hams to start, the cheeses were amazing in taste, delicious. For the main course I had pasta with seafood, a very tasty dish. The next dish Goulash which I ate was just good, no finesse. Dessert OK. Service friendly and professional.

Akademie is a nice dining restaurant with a delightful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the meals are delicious. Coffee is great. I recommend it for dates 🙂

Fantastic food- recommend the Vitello tonnato and tomato soups for starters. We had the pasta casa and pasta salcissa and they were absolutely delicious! Fresh sourdough bread made there daily. Delicious dry rosè wine. The service was lovely and we will definitely be returning

Rather hit-and-miss. Tortellini were wonderful but lasagne not so much. Artichoke salad no good but fish nice. Service ok (if you like that “Signore, signore …” thing, decor not great, lovely wine. Prices quite high for this average quality

We arrived early in the evening, and watched as the restaurant gradually filled with a combination of local residents, businessmen and tourists. Quiet, friendly and attentive service bought antipasto misto, and aubergine stuffed with Parma ham and cheese, for starters; followed by spaghetti casa and home made tortellini with ricotta and spinach in a sage and butter sauce – all delicious.

I can’t comment on the food, because we did not get that far. We waited for 20 min in the restaurant without being looked at by the waiters. The other guests already felt uncomfortable as well. When i asked about seating they very unfriendly said we have to wait. I have never been treated this bad in a restaurant.

Excellent authentic Italian restaurant near the Hotel Europäischer Hof in Heidelberg. I arrived near the kitchen’s closing time and the hospitable owners were very accommodating and treated me like family. Wonderful seafood risotto dish and a perfect wine pairing.
