We are a casual restaurant with an attached craft cocktail bar. All ages are welcome in our dining room, but the bar is reserved for adults only. We make all of our dishes from scratch. The chefs regularly craft new specials and play with seasonal fresh seafood and produce. Our bartenders are always at work crafting new cocktails for our menu. Many of their ingredients are made from scratch in our kitchen and all of our juice for cocktails is squeezed fresh daily.

We were in Seabrook on a Sunday right at lunch time so figured we’d wait awhile for a table for eight of us. We were surprised to be seated immediately at Rising Tavern and were skeptical since the place was basically empty. It’s super modern and clean with nice upscale beach decor, not a tavern at all!! Our server was wonderful, super friendly and attentive but also very young and relatively new to the restaurant so wasn’t super knowledgeable about the menu. He definitely made up for it with genuine kindness and impeccable service. The food was outstanding! We had everything from brunch to sandwiches and burgers, it was all amazing. The Corned Beef Hash stole the show with it’s perfectly poached eggs and tender corned beef and the fries were a huge hit with the entire table! The biscuits and gravy were a bit spicy for our grandson that ordered them but a couple of switches around the table and everyone was happy! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Nice little restaurant in town. The staff was nice, it was clean and I highly recommend the the clam chowder it was absolutely delicious, one of the best I have ever had. We ordered two the classic burgers one with fries, one with the chowder and two orders of chicken strips. The portions were good, food was hot, service was excellent.

Our family had dinner at Rising Tide last night and it was amazing. The salad I got was so so – though my wife liked it – but the chowder was good and the bread pudding is the best I’ve ever had. Fries are helical, which I’ve never seen anywhere else and they were delicious. My daughter’s chicken strips were better than I knew chicken strips could be.
Drinks were tiny works of art, and the Apple Brandy old fashioned is the best I’ve had outside of Wisconsin.
Seriously, order the bread pudding. You could come for nothing else and it would be justified.

Our party of 8 dropped in for a late dinner on a Thursday evening without reservations. The staff were kind and very accommodating, and were able to get us all sat in less than 5 minutes! That was amazing since we had 4 hungry kids with us!
The sliders were tasty, and the pork nachos…yum!!! But, my absolute favorite was the loaded fry appetizer! Loads of cheesy goodness topped with sour cream for days! It was hard not to eat them all myself!
Our service was also phenomenal, and we received everything we needed for an excellent dining experience in a manner of minutes! Definitely a spot we will go back to the next time we are in the area!!

We just drove in for a quick visit and lucky for us we were ready for lunch. Were seated quickly, orders taken. The burger was delish, and the fries were uniquely shaped and crispy/soft-perfect texture combination. Chicken salad was fine, and they was plenty of chicken chunks, plus an amazing amount of bacon was hidden throughout. A nice place to step in for a satisfying meal

Excellent service. Seven of us and an infant came in and we were seated promptly. Lots of good things to say.
The cherry lime was a delicious cocktail. The fries are thick and meaty well still having some crisp to it.
Ordered the fish and chips with the fish grilled rather than battered. Big chunks of fish came out that were delicious and filling.
The kale salad was very well done with the quinoa.
Brussel sprouts were really well done — done well — even without the bacon (we were a non-pork table) the flavor was rich.m via the balsamic and roasting.
The Caesar salad was popular at our table, we asked for it with the chicken on the side.
The fish tacos were particularly delicious and the pickled cabbage that was lining the taco shells was very tasty. Not overly sour but just the right compliment. Still crisp and crunchy but tangy, too.
The steak sandwich was fine it felt like it could come with a little more love though… and the kids mac & cheese was very popular.
The Korean wings did not disappoint: sesame seeds garnished the gochujang sauce the wings were made in.
The only thing that threw us off was that the online menu seem to have brunch items like eggs Benedict…and when we got to the restaurant there were no such things on the menu. When we asked if there was a brunch place around we were told we’d have to go to the next city over.
One thing for sure Seabrook is in desperate need of a really good brunch place.

Regina and the staff did and amazing job of handling our private party of over 40. Food and service was great! Everything came out timely. The drinks and food were all we could have asked for. Can’t wait to visit again!

My family and I are staying in Seabrook for the holiday weekend and decided to dine at the Rising Tide Tavern. The atmosphere is beautiful and it is decorated subtly. We arrived on a slow Sunday evening and there was only one front of house staff, but it took us over an hour to be seated and over 45 minutes more to be seated for dinner service. Our server was great, very friendly and personable, but I think management did her a disservice by short staffing the restaurant. In the hour that we were waiting for our table, four other parties came in and left because no one came in to check in with them to be seated. Our food was delicious. I ordered the schnitzel, my husband ordered the beef stroganoff, and other members of our party were satisfied with the steak Sammy and burger and huge portion of loaded fries. However, I am dissapointed that the cocktails were priced at $25-$28, the price of an appetizer. I cannot fathom how these costs were determined after visiting the local market with alcohol just steps from the front door. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, low staffing levels and insane wait times, and insanely overpriced cocktails. Cocktails at the Eiffel Tower in Paris and some of the nicest restaurants in Seattle don’t reach these prices. Please reconsider the cocktail prices. Would recommend, but be prepared to wait and I’d order a beer.

Bad fish smell when we walked in. But we couldn’t be picky with the power out, and they were on generator. Great friendly staff for the night. I got the pork nachos. Good portion, flavor was ok. She got the fish tacos. Great presentation, but cod is a white fish. This looked like carp. Got a bacon burger to go. No flavor, the bun was soggy and stale.
