We are long-time patrons of the Crystal Coast (Clam Digger days). We were delighted to learn that the restaurant has been re-opened and is fresh and improved. Bill, the Owner, has taken great care to provide the freshest ingredients prepared with expertise and deliciousness! The lemon wine sauce on the fish was aromatic and tangy, the New England Clam Chowder creamy, and the blueberry pancakes were a party in my mouth! Did I mention the homemade honey cat-head biscuits? Soft on the inside with a perfect crust on the outside. Please do yourself a favor and partake. But, do not be in a hurry. Set your watch to beach time…better yet leave your watch in the room. Enjoy a delicious cocktail or glass of wine while enjoying the calming music and view of the ocean.

New Years Eve here. Bar was busy. Restaurant was steady. Bill hooked us up with top notch drinks! Seafood menu was good. The Kracken is the seafood platter. It was plentiful. The shrimp n crab nachos were huge. Met Chef Ron and his lovely wife Cindy was our server. There was live music later in the evening. Enjoyed our first night out in years.!

My friend and I recently stayed at the Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel, and one of the best parts of our stay was the hotel’s new, privately owned restaurant located right on the ground floor—with beautiful ocean views to enjoy while you dine.
We were lucky to be among the first guests to experience their breakfast buffet, and it did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious! The fruit was fresh and flavorful, the biscuits tasted homemade, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved the drink menu—the watermelon Bellini quickly became my favorite and made an appearance every morning and at lunch!
One of the most charming parts of the restaurant is Rocky, the adorable dog mascot. We loved seeing him around and giving him some love. His owner, Kristie (I hope I remember her name right!), was also the bartender—and she was an absolute sweetheart. I ordered the “Rocky Burger” in his honor, and it was fantastic—just needed a few pickles to make it perfect in my book.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Ray, who made our experience even better. He bartended for us at one point and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. He clearly takes great pride in the food, service, and overall guest experience, and it shows.
It was so convenient having such a wonderful restaurant right inside the hotel. Great food, warm hospitality, ocean views, and a dog mascot? Doesn’t get much better than that. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the band bang shrimp, chicken salad sandwich, crab quesadilla and BBQ pork flatbread. All were great but the quesadilla was unique and stood out as the best dish among the group – we all recommend it. Service was slow but the view and atmosphere was wonderful and the drinks were strong and delicious. The menu seems to be change so be prepared to order something new

Spent an entire week eating at Rising Tide, 3 meals a day. Best week ever! The food is beyond fresh and delicious, they offer a wide variety of selections! The service is top notch; Bill, Kelly, Wendy, Kristen, Cindy and Andrew do all they can to make you feel welcome and really part of the family. Bill, the owner is super accommodating and flexible while still maintaining his high standards of service, food quality and experience. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a fabulous meal.

This is a new restaurant inside of a hotel. The food was fantastic, I highly recommend the grouper sandwich. The piece of fish was fresh, large, well seared (blackened), and well seasoned. Everything tasted fantastic, and the people were so friendly.
New restaurants are always clean and generally start out with the best intentions, so this is the time to try it out. I hope they maintain this quality of food. If they do, it’ll be a mainstay.
The parking lot is large and plentiful, and since it’s on the water, you get a beautiful view.

Our quilt retreat has really enjoyed the servers and the owner Bill, he is so accommodating with menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent, the biscuits the best, and the bar drinks were well made.
It was delightful to walk in the dining area with a view of the water and smiles on everyone’s faces.

Ate here as part of a retreat at the hotel. We had 9 meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fantastic and the service was beyond excellent. Bill took very good care of us and no request went unanswered. Andrew served us everyday with a huge smile! We will definitely be back as non-hotel customers!

The crab legs were seasoned to perfection. I had AYCE and didn’t have to wait for my next bucket. My husband (non seafood eater) had a steak that he said was one of the best he’s ever had. The service was friendly and the other patrons were friendly. We will definitely be back!
