Sorry to say but this was the worst orange chicken I’ve ever tasted. I got to the restaurant at 11:20 thinking I would get fresh chicken and this “chicken” was extremely dry, chewy, and gross. I couldn’t finish after eating only three pieces. The eggroll was also very dry. I ended up only eating the rice because the egg drop soup had no flavor.
Really sad and a total waste of $10.

If you want to gamble your experience, try out this restaurant. The food is incredibly hit or miss, it’s really unpredictable. But when it hits oh God it hits, it feels like my mouth was being seduced by the chicken. The prices on the menu do not match what you pay for, 8.99 is actually 12.88 and so on, it isnt really an affordable experience like people here are making it out to be. Fried rice with orange chicken and general tso chicken ended up costing $25

I visit Rising Dragon Restaurant many times. The dishes, especially the Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli are delicious. What makes this place great is its affordability, making sure you get great value for your money. It’s the perfect takeout location for anyone. if you’re planning to shop at Ralphs or just exploring the area, I would recommend Rising Dragon Restaurant.

For what you pay for, you get some good stuff. Orange chicken is pretty good. And cheap. Broccoli in oyster sauce was well done, soft yet chewy. Mongolian beef was soft and chewy as well. Four lunch special for about $24 is a deal. And delicious soup and fried rice with them. Not bad. 5 ‘s.

Very affordable, I got the sesame chicken (which came with rice) and the chicken lo mein which came out to about $20. I ordered in house and it was ready pretty fast! I will definitely be coming back!

We’ve been coming here for over 3 years. It’s the only restaurant where my son will eat. He loves the chicken wings. I really enjoy the walnut dishes, my husband’s favorite is the sesame chicken.
