Ordered online for pickup and I didn’t pay attention to the time for pickup called the store apologizing asking for my order to be ready ASAP, they said it would not be a problem. Within 5 minutes my coffee was ready and PERFECTLY AMAZING
A large iced caramel americano, one pump of mocha, extra cream and liquid sugar (simple syrup) with sweet cold foam

Haven’t had the food but the coffee is always spot on. A little on the pricey side but about Starbucks rates. The location itself has a little iffy parking/dicey turn in and the interior could use some more character, but it seems like a nice place to stop in to get some work done and not as crowded as the Annapolis Parole Center.

Really cute place with reasonable selection of coffees drinks and pastries. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The cappuccino was very good and nicely made. The reason for the 4 star rating is two things: 1) it is really echo-y inside so much so that it was hard to hear anything being said, and 2) parking is a huge problem. It would be great if there was more clarity about spaces available and possibly some signage.
As for the echo….not an expert but there needs to be something to absorb some of the racket. In this visit, two families with small children were visiting and enjoying themselves, but it was deafening inside.
The back garden is cute but could use some TLC.

Sunday was my first time ordering from RiseUp. I really wanted to like them but my fiancé’s food was burnt. Everything else came out really good. I saw a review 4 months ago stating the same thing but I thought my experience would be different. I’m willing to give them a 2nd try but, please be aware if you get a biscuit it may be a lil crispy

What a gem. I just had probably the best cortado that I can recall. Their stellar reputation is well earned. Buy some coffee to take home. The worst thing here in the parking. So patience is key.

Ive never once had a decent coffee here. Foods overpriced and mediocre at best. Staffs fine, but usually work pretty slowly and consistently misunderstand your order.

I just picked up my online order. I ordered a biscuit sandwich. The biscuit is burnt! Why would you even serve this? The 2nd one wasn’t much better. I ate what I could. It’s bad enough it’s $8.50. With these prices the food should be perfect.

Friendly staff that has great taste in music

Great working environment, wish parking was better but likely outside of their control.

I ordered a London Fog. When they put out my drink on the counter, they called it a latte. When I asked if it was my London Fog, they got rude with me saying I should know. They burnt the milk to the point where it almost tasted like a burnt marshmallow.
They clearly have a lot of issues, because there’s crazy turnover, but the drinks are just too expensive for an unpleasant experience like this.

Really wanted to love Joe digs and I loved their space, the baristas were very friendly, and they have great equipment. But they source from riseup coffee and my espresso, although well executed, tasted charred because of the dark roast that riseup uses. I loved everything about this place because they do almost everything right, and the service was so good I would go back for non coffee items, but couldn’t get past the coffee.
